Great building in a most convenient location for the Cathedral and Alcazar, but the hotel is in great need of some serious investment. The bedrooms are very tired and outdated, furniture and fabrics are very shabby and generally it does not look very clean. We found the staff totally lacking any hospitality skills, and they were unfriendly and unhelpful. more

Great hotel, great location lots of character with comfortable rooms. There must have been five people per hour that asked to come in and take pictures of the hotel. 5pm Saturday walk-in so options limited so took a "not so good room" on the gnd. floor. Fair price got even better when move to 2nd floor on next day.
