Had two nights in the Melia Sevilla Tuesday 23rd / 24th June 2015 Me and my wife travelled up by train from Malaga 2 hrs on the Avant train then took taxi to hotel 5 euros from station . On arrival at hotel it was around 40 degrees we were welcomed into the Level private reception lounge by the lovely... More

As a Melia rewards member booked this hotel at a very competitive rate. For the money very difficult to beat. Not faultless but only minor niggles. Everything is just OK: nothing memorable either positive or negative. Breakfast is pretty basic and very busy. Staff are clearly overworked with long queues at checkout and mostly unsmiling and unhelpful at bars and... More

The Melia is a very good hotel with all you can expect from hotels of this level: swimming pool, good and large rooms, functioning bathroom, working air con (can be essential!), great breakfasts, kind and professional service. But the great thing is the location: Plaza de Espana is just across the road, and a 20 min walk take you to... More

we booked at the level which gave a real nice experience. small room but newly renovated and comfortable. the location next to plaza espagna is also great. the outside of the hotel looks rather worn out that is a shame it hides what is inside.

We had a very good experience here...agree that it looks shabby on the outside, but we found inside clean and comfortable. Rooms were ample, and we had a cot for our daughter in there as well. A little out of the way from the city center but easily accessible by tram to the cathedral and La Giralda. We did both... More

We are an all adult family and stayed 3 nights. The hotel is located a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the centre of Seville which was fine for us but it can be very hot and this might feel hard work if you are older or less fit. Externally the hotel is truly awful but the interior is modern... More

Pros: - Spacious room - Well-appointed bathroom - Has a pool with a reasonably-priced pool bar (€2.75 for a beer) - Antonio the pool bar man is fantastic - Location is good for such a large conference hotel Cons: - Moldy bathrooms due to lack of air flow or ventilation of any kind - Restaurants are non-existent (decent places across... Possibly the ugliest hotel we've stayed in from the outside, but inside the rooms are generously sized, the views are good and the reception staff helpful. Location is good too, very close to Plaza d'Espana. We had problems with the air conditioning but they were quickly resolved. Whilst it was disappointing to find that the main restaurant was not open... More

We stayed 12.06.15 for 3 days. We mentioned it was an anniversary trip on booking and were surprised to find champagne and chocolates in our room on arrival. The facade of the hotel needs a facelift but inside was great. The staff were really polite and helpful and they even let us keep the room for a few hours longer... More

We stayed on the 8th floor (The Level Room) which included upgraded amenities and access to The Level Lounge which is a really great perk. We arrived pretty late but the lounge was still open so we had snacks and drinks which are included throughout the day. We were checked in at The Lounge which was a nice touch and... More
