We stayed in this hotel for one night during our travel through Andalusia last year, the interior is modern and new .The check-in desk was busy on arrival we had to wait 10 minutes or more to check-in but the rooms were well worth the wait ,spacious modern and clean with comfortable beds. The staff speak English fluently were very charming... We stayed in this hotel for three nights and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we checked in. The Hotel’s exterior looked somewhat dated, but the inside of the hotel is very modern and up to date. Since we booked an Executive Junior Suite on their Club level, we were escorted to a private check in area and the nice... More

Great hotel. Not as cheap as some, but can find some good deals through resellers. Breakfast is a lovely buffet. Staff are great and of note are Amanda at the front desk(reception) and Martinella in the breakfast room. Staff are english speaking and go out of their way to accommodate all guest from all countries. The rooms are crisp, clean... More

Ugly big building (70s concrete) but nice interior: Refurbished reception area, refurbished and cosy rooms, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with separate walk-in shower, warer preasure ok. I did not book The Level due to my desastrous experience in Melia Alicante, but "normal" room and bar service was ok. Breakfast buffet above average, I was amazed about the fresh fruits... More

Arrived early and had a very quick check in at the Level lounge by Christina. She could not have been more friendly courteous and efficient . Also gave us directions to get into centre and also we purchased the Hop on Hop off bus tickets on arrival. The room was bright and very clean and spacious despite 3 of us sharing... More

We stayed 3 nights and consider this hotel as an ideal balance between value, comfort and location. It's a 20 minute walk to the old section of Seville, but if you are tired of walking, we learned to take the Trolley. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding (the... More

Excellent breakfast and location, The Level service very cost-effective, honest room and bath. The only issues were: the swimming pool which was closed and the terrible room air conditioning. Recommended.

Excellent pleasantly located hotel with helpful friendly staff. One of our party is disabled - exemplary facilities for her. Estrella, Guest Experience Manager, could not have been more helpful. All A+

Especially helpful front desk staff who helped arrange Flamenco tickets. Room was sizable and comfortable. Too bad the pool was out of action undergoing renovations. We had the breakfast buffet on our last day and found it excellent. Location was within walking distance to old town. Could not fault anything.

We stayed here as part of our 3 week only !! holiday a year . The breakfast was great , or awesome as my husband said ,even though he isn't American. The pool wasn"t open, even though that was part of our relaxing day , although if you wanted to cool off there was a shower and the knee deep... More
