This hotel only serves its purpose on conferences. The staff in their hotel has TERRIBLE SERVICE attitude. They doesn't seem to get that a hotel is in the service industry and couldn't speak to their guest with a better attitude. So many good things about this hotel......I don't know where to start. OK, let's start by saying that in this case and for once I relied more on what I knew about the Melia chain than the reviews at TA. The Melia Sevilla may not look good from the outside, 70s concrete style, but once you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised.
