This hotel only serves its purpose on conferences. The staff in their hotel has TERRIBLE SERVICE attitude. They doesn't seem to get that a hotel is in the service industry and couldn't speak to their guest with a better attitude. When encountered with a faulty system with overbooking, they made it sound as if that it is not their problem.... more

The Melia Sevilla may not look good from the outside, 70s concrete style, but once you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised.
