Overall pleasant stay and close to nearby attractions.
This hotel has great access to all of the major sites in Seville. We were very disappointed with our room as it was musty, very outdated and had moldy areas in the bathroom. This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. We had two rooms booked and I must say that the other party we traveled with had a...

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location could not have been better.
if you pay for the location you cannot beat the Dona Maria. Not that anything is lacking in other departments either: large rooms, great staff and great breakfast. If you come by car be sure to have a GPS because it is a maze to get there! Would love to visit again, give it my highest recommendation.
We spent 4 nights at the Dona Maria. The hotel and staff are lovely. The morning breakfast is AMAZING! A lot of history with this hotel and is located in the heart of Sevilla with all of the action right outside your window. This can be a positive and negative as the noise from the street and the bells from...

This venue maintains what promises. The place is in the very middle of Seville, just in front of the Cathedral and is luxuriously decorated (each room apparently is uniquely decorated). Service is excellent as breakfast, that is abundant and varied.
The only shadow: in 2 days of business meeting, there were huge problems in the wifi connection. In these eveniences,...

Few hotels will be as centrally located in Sevilla as this one: our room had a view of the cathedral, and is a few minutes walking from the Archivo de Indias tram stop. Donia Maria is a professionally run hotel that has been in the same family for a long time. The rooms and corridors are attractively decorated with furniture...

Location is the best in Seville for access walking to cathedral, alcazar, and barrio. The hotel is in an old building just a few steps from the square. The lobby and halls are classically decorated with paintings, antiques and a nice display of Spanish fans. The rooms are more basic, simple and very clean with modern bathrooms. The beds are adequate but just "ok"...

The LOCATION is absolutely the best thing to recommend this hotel - everything very close. We knew we were paying premium prices that were non-refundable for being at this hotel during Semana Santa. We do not regret having stayed there. From the terrace bar we could see every procession leaving the cathedral. This was particularly helpful when our feet hurt...

I booked this hotel for the location and the rooftop terrace and pool but would not advise anyone to do the same. The location was great but the hotel was over priced for the accommodation which needed a complete revamp and was old and shabby it is more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The rooftop terrace was...
