We stayed here for a couple of nights in one of the main floor suites. I can't say enough about the hotel - it is truly elegant, a true 4 star hotel, with outstanding service, and exceptional location, right next to the Cathedral and close to Alcazar. Too bad we couldn't stay longer! more

Great hotel just in front of the Cathedral, location superb, terrific views from the terrace bar, internet wifi free; breakfast could better, but a great service. Charming ambience and lovely stories about famous women. Lovely place to stay and you have no problem with taxis and cars... Quiet area. more

Spent three nights at the Dona Maria in late December 2008. This hotel is in a superb locations steps from the cathedral and in the heart of all there is to see and do in Sevilla. We spent a long weekend in Seville. This hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location is amazing - right next to the cathedral and historic centre - with excellent views from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was an excellent hot and cold continental breakfast. Staff were efficient and courteous. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful.... more

The location is excellent, but our room was quite shabby. The furnishings and bedding were well worn, including the mattresses. The refrigerator had a funny smell and we chose not to use it. The bathroom had also seen better days. The hair dryer was broken and hanging in pieces in the bathroom. The room was dark and required lights on... more
