The photos on the website didn't do the Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza justice because what the photos lacked was the unexpected peaceful ambiance which immediately made you feel as though you'd traveled back in time to another era (almost) The rooms were spacious and the en-suite facilities excellent, my only criticism of the room was that was... We spent 3 nights at Las Casas del Rey de Baeza and by we I mean myself (single room) and my daughter with her friend (12 years olds), so this review is our joint opinion. Frankly speaking, we just loved it and there is almost nothing we would like to change. Rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious with great bath -... More

I stayed here for 13 nights over the semana santa in 2014. The hotel was ideally situated to enable participation in the wonderful and extraordinary events of the week - the church next door being the starting point for two processions and several more passing by the hotel. I start my review however with some "niggles" given the star rating... More

I have stayed in other Hospes Hotels in Spain-- notably in Granada and Cordoba and must give them much higher marks than Las Casas..-- After a long day of traveling we arrived and were taken to the courtyard, in the 90 degree sun while the check in desk finished up with the lone customer in front of us. After 35... More

This is a lovely place, with friendly service, stylish and refined decoration, in the historic centre of Seville. Also the food is good, superb breakfast. We checked in after having fled from a hellhole, and felt like entering a piece of heaven. Everything was just right!

This is a lovely hotel let's make no bones of it. The suite(s) we had were spacious and of a good standard on the whole. Staff are attentive if a little sparse at some times. The patio areas are great and are certainly one of the best features of the Seville Hospes.....I guess you're sensing the but now. BUT ......rooms... More

It trumps all the other hotels in the area by having a heavenly swimming pool on its roof. Without a doubt, the best view over the city. Relaxation was guaranteed. Our room had a balcony, and was decorated in soft brown and cream tones, interspersed with ceramics,seagrass,earthen- ware and colonial furniture. Eating is dead-set pleasure with the hotel's reastaurant fielding excellent contemporary Andalusian... More

By and large happy with our choice for 3 days in Seville. The rooms are dark but when its blazing hot outside this is a plus in my book. Its a comfortable place but food and drink seemed expensive given the quality and price of tapas bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The pool is a bonus but is... More

We stayed during a busy week in July 2014. I was travelling with my elderly parents and were both assigned rooms on the ground floor. I was assured these rooms were quiet. That was nothing short of a lie. The two patios that are enveloped by the hotel building are used for outdoor dining for the guests, and most evenings... More
