I have down graded this hotel because of their policy of taking the full cost of your stay on the day you book even when it's weeks in advance. With exchange rates flucuating as they are the stay cost me 20 euros more than the exchange rate on the days we stayed.

We stayed in the BW Cervantes Hotel in September 2014 for 3 nights and liked it. The rooms are clean. One of them was spacious and had big windows looking over a small patio. The other was much smaller and duller, with only a little window, not as nice. The location of the hotel is perfect, only a 5 minute... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times, but this will probably have been our last. When booking over nine months in advance, we asked for a certain room (which we have stayed in before) but were told on arrival that it was not possible. The reception was disorganised. The wifi didn't work in the room although we were assured... More

Very authentic and charming hotel. The rooms are spread over several authentic houses, this makes the walk to your room particular and worthwile, passing several little patios. The rooms and the walk towards the rooms gives you the instant feeling that you are in the south of spain. It's good value . We had great breakfast with a wide variety... More

We walked from the main bus station after taking the coach from the airport and it was about 20 mins. Not too bad but cobbled streets so not great for the cases. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed on the ground floor next to the courtyard which gets a bit noisy at night, especially when we had to be up... More

Very nice charming hotel, we stayed 2 nights, rooms as spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There is everything you need for breakfast. Location is ideal, close to shopping, bars, restaurants, you are walking distance from main sites. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. It has little nice patios to have coffee in the shadow.

The Cervantes Best Western is located in the Historic district of Seville ; an ideal location if you are interested in being walking distance from Corte de Engles on Dukes Plaza. Corte de Engles basement has an upscale supermarket that also sells alcohol or you can go to the fifth floor for gourmet meals. Casa de la Memoria near the... More

Wonderfull location and breakfast with choice of omelets. Walking distance to many sights and Plaza Herculeum for Tapas. Small underground parking (elevator) !!! Less practical if you intend to use a car frequently in Seville. Rooms are modern and very clean although very hot even in February. opening windows is problematical since they face a walking gallery. For 2 of... More

In the historic centre of Sevilla, walking a labyrinth of narrow streets, you will find this hotel. The welcome is both professional and warm, what one could expect from this part of Spain and Europe, near the Mediterranean. Inside, walking through the hotel corridors, mirroring the outside narrow streets, you will have the pleasure to enjoy the cosiness of the... More

Location: Quiet side street to the north of the old town but only a 20 minute walk to Parque Maria Louisa and Plaza Espana- less to cathedral and Alcazar Palace. Handy for Alameda del Hercules with great choice of restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to Parasol. Character: built around series of courtyards with lovely plants, fountains and seating areas....
