I wasn't expecting very much from this hotel because of the mainly average reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. Good location, if quite a long walk from the cathedral area, and a nice old building designed around a couple attractive tiled courtyards with fountains. Our room on the second floor was fairly standard in terms of decor but large,... More

A lovely hotel, beautifully integrated into the Spanish buildings with several courtyards to sit in. Its in a great location in Seville for bars, shops etc. although tucked away in a seemingly quiet back street. My room only opened into a courtyard/atrium so it was a bit strange that on a sunny June morning it was quite a gloomy light... More

Hotel by itselves is very pretty. they have very beautiful garden inside the hotel with typical Spanish mosaic furniture. Rooms are pretty big and quite. unfortunately for that price they do not serve breakfast. They have a parking garage for an extra charge. Location is really good . very close to bars, shops, squares etc. Stuff is good too.

A beautiful traditional building that has been kept in it's original style. Tucked away on a narrow back street making it very quiet and peaceful. It is located a 10 minute walk from all the main attractions of the Old City and also very close to the trendy Alameda De Hercules area. Beautiful decor with many hidden twists and turns... More

Just returned from a 5 day holiday here. Seville is a wonderful place to visit and with the aid of a good street map, you can walk to most sights from the Cervantes if you are reasonably active. Restaurants and Tapas Bars to suit all pockets. The hotel is quaint with its inset courtyards and we actually found it quiet... More

Seville is a beautiful place anyway, and this hotel - set right close to the old & beautiful part of the town and recreated from an old building - only accentuates the charm. Location is the biggest attraction. It is at best a 20-minute walk to the Cathedral, Fountain and Alcazar Palace. Five to 10 minutes stroll to the Alameida... More

Four ladies have just returned from our first trip to Seville. It is a fabulous city and very traditional. Staying at The Cervantes was ideal as it is a Hotel with a traditional feel. It is not far from shops bars sights but set back through cobbled streets . The breakfast was lovely and room comfortable and cool when the... More

I loved that we were a few blocks away from Avenida Hercules, with many fun cafes - and just a street over from some funky record stores and pot dispenseries. The staff was welcoming and answered all of our questions. The room wasn't anything special, but it was clean and had a large bathtub which was nice after walking all... More

When I was sorting out a hotel for a visit to Seville, I wanted something within walking distance of all the major attractions. The Cervantes certainly fitted the bill in that respect. And in combination with flights it was a good deal on Expedia, another influencing factor in my choice. The nature of the old part of Seville is the... More

Forget GPS here! If it wasn't for a friendly taxi driver saying "follow me" I would be divorced by now 😀. Once there the car parking (16€ a day) is available via a lift system, not for the faint hearted or a big car! Hotel itself is fine and my humour was restored by a great guy on reception. Breakfast... More
