After a disastrous stay at the awful Tryp Macarena recently (avoid at all costs), we thought we'd try the Hotel Derby, as we now know Seville, and this location really is unbeatable. You are right in the centre of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The tour buses stop right outside, El Corte Ingles (best department... More

The staff here were incredibly helpful, from storing our luggage before check-in, to providing a map with recommended restaurants and sites. The room was clean and what we expected. The location was perfect to be within walking distance of a lot of shopping and sight seeing. Highly recommended!

We stayed for four nights and can highly recommend the hotel. Friendly staff, great rooms and wifi and plenty of breakfast cafés around the corner. El corte Inglés is opposite the hotel. We will come back!

We enjoyed our two night stay. The hotel is across the river from the main tourist area but conveniently located between the two bridges that lead to the main tourist areas. There are several shops and tapas bars nearby. They held our luggage for us free of charge since our flight was after check out time. Would definitely stay again.

Have just spent 2 nights at this hotel. Great position for sightseeing - everything close by. Very clean, the staff extremely polite and helpful. Rooms spotless, and had maid service even just for the 2 nights. Good selection for breakfast. Underground parking oposite, with discount when paid at hotel. Great bar next door, the main waitress really friendly and funny.... More

We stayed a few days in shoulder season September . Pros Large rooms Clean 15 minute pleasant walk from the cathedral through the main shopping streets They do try to be accommodating. Cons Air conditioning a bit weak . It is pretty loud. Rooms smell smoky . There are definitely people who smoke in the rooms or the hallway despite... More

The hotel is a bit old, and noisy in some cases. However it is clean and very well located. The area is full with shops, bars and places to have cheap lunch/dinner! I would definitely come again considering the good price/quality/location ratio!

I have just arrived from a 3-day visit to Seville. Couldn't be better! The hotel is in walking distance from everywhere. It's in front of El Corte Ingles. Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quite spacious. You cannot hear noise from the outside due to the well protected windows.Breakfast is worth the price, you... More

We were here for 2 nights. The hotel is located perfectly, with public transport stops, sight seeing buses stops and taxi stands all in front of the hotel. El Corte Inglés is also situated in front of the hotel. Most attractions are within 15 mins walking distance. The rooms were clean and decently sized. Big bathroom. Also a huge positive... More
