The lobby is OK, and that may be where they've spent any money on air-conditioning! Sadly, their computer was out-of-order, so no internet access during the 4 days we stayed there. Quite long enough for them to fix it you'd thingk, so i suspect an ongoing IT-issue. This was resoved quite easily by popping around the corner to the Hotel... more

As previously stated, excellently situated. A bit dated but clean, service was friendly enough. Didn't eat in the hotel but there is an excellent tapas bar, Dos de Mayo across the square (Plaza Gavidia). more

Stayed here for 5 nights in October 2006. We chose this hotel for value for money. Rooms were decent and clean, but nothing special. Everything in the city was within walkable distance. The hotel staff spoke little to no English. We chose to have breakfast in one of the places just outside the hotel. more

Positive: the location and free internet in the lobby. Negative: 1) the decor is dreadful. Very 70ties, but ugly, not in a trendy kind of way. 2) We checked in in a triple room in the afternoon. In the evening, before showering, at around 8pm, we noticed that there were only two bath towels. So I rang reception, but got... more

Some people seem to have had problems here but we had none. Rooms are basic but we only paid a weekend rate which was very reasonable, about 120 euros for the two nights for a double room. Rooms are standard but service at the desk and in the breakfast room was excellent. Tapas bar on the corner full of Spanish... more

This hotel is very very basic. The room and the bathroom were very disappointing but the worst was the dirty linen and bathroom. I was charged USD280 including breakfast. The breakfast was horrible and I never saw anything eating it. It is all packaged dry and cheap food that health inspector will ban! This is a hotel that does not... more

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right beside El corte Ingles, which has a supermarket in the basement (great for snacks, drinks, etc). It is also in one of the main shopping districts and only a15 minute walk from the main sites like the Cathedral and Alcazar. Supposedly there was great night life accessible from... more

We had one night here to escape from The Algarve. Right in the city so driving there was a pain, but an underground car park right next door (10EURO for 24 hours) is helpful. From the hotel you can walk into the lovely city with no problems. Rooms would be claustrophobic for a week, but a day or two is... more

We were charged USD300 per night and we found a 1-star hotel at 4-star price with no staff in the hotel to speak any English, not even very basic English words. For the same price, we could have stayed at one of those Paradors. The hotel was really aweful. The room, except its size was so basic, without even a... more

Clean and tidy business like hotel. Good value for money. Fantastically placed for walking to the best areas of Seville and for Shopping but a bit of a crazy find for car drivers. We made it with the help of GPS but wouldn't have liked to have done it without. Head for Banos Street and go straight into the underground... more
