Pluses: Beautiful lobby. Centrally located. Clean room. Standard two small beds. Room decent size for two people. Minuses: Located on a very busy major street. No fridge in room so no cool water or snacks to keep ready for day trips. ONE outlet to recharge devices. No wi-fi. No computer in lobby for guests. Small tub/shower. Different: You have to... More

I stayed here with a group of 20. Our walls were paper thin (as to be expected in Europe), but the other groups were very rude!!! Wifi in lobby only and not a very strong signal! Breakfast was traditional European breakfast bread and fruit. Not as close to city center as it looks on the map!

Location is good, close to bus stops/train/city center. The lobby is beautiful. No wifi in the room but we can always a comfortable seat in the lobby surfing online. The room has an average size, very small washroom. My only complain about the hotel is the bed - old and very not comfortable. I would spend a little more money... More

to stay here by a friend of one of the party. It's superbly located 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. The hotel itself has everything you need, apart from a bar, but frankly, if you can't find a bar nearby to suit you, I'll be mightily surprised. Good, continental breakfast, mostly kind and helpful staff. Good rates. We liked this... More

Rude unhelpful staff. We picked this hotel because we were going out on the lash and wanted a central location. After throwing shapes and giving the British a bad name we proceeded to return to the hotel, at 6am. We needed pizza. It was the only choice. But the receptionist not only told us he wouldn't order us pizza but... More

We hadn't booked this hotel in advance, it just happened to be the first hotel we found when we left the Prado de San Sebastian. A double room cost €55 and this didn't include breakfast. The room was big and clean and there was a nice view of the city. The bathroom was very small but it had a shower... More

we booked this hotel based on review here and in Hotels.com, the room we received was just like a boarding house room and not as a 3* hotel, shower was very!!!! tiny, the location and the front desk service is the only positive thing in this hotel

We booked for the car park .This was not at the hotel was hard to find and very difficult to get in or out of. Staff surly, room noisy breakfast terrible. The location is convenient for the cathedral, but the bath was the smallest I have ever seen.

The hotel is easy to access, in relatively good location. The room I had was extremely small with no real view from the window and some smell inside. Free wireless internet and basic breakfast. Price was not expensive.

Our room, 403 was the biggest room we have had in our month long trip through Spain. Very nice & helpful desk staff. Great view and very quiet. Walking distance from Santa Cruz and all the sights. Very convenient garage parking. Breakfast okay, mostly bread and some sliced meat and cheese. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Better than most hotels we... More
