The decor is very shoddy, like it was thrown together over night and expected to only last the week. Paint peeling, tiles don't match up, grout all over tiles, dirty carpets, non-working A/C the list goes on. In one of our rooms the tiles in the bathroom collapsed under the weight of a 100 pound teenager, scaring her to death.... more

I am staying here as a tour group, so I kind of knew the hotel would suck from all the previous reviews.. Now I understand why - the hotel really is terrible - Paint peeling off, or with black marks all over - Shower water pressure very slow - Carpet is extremely dirty with visible stains all over - Bed... more

The hotel is located far from the historical area of town - expensive cab ride. More of a convention hotel. Don't know what the tour organizer paid for the rooms but they could not be cheap enough for me to ever suggest staying there. The A/C was not on and it was abnormally hot. Rooms were well beyond 90 degrees... more

This hotel was booked by our tour, Insight (Splendors of Spain and Portugal). I had read the reviews prior to our trip so I didn't have high hopes for this hotel. I can only assume the tour got a deal. For a hotel with hundreds of rooms, very few people were staying there. It is actually in a suburb of... more

Not sure why you would choose to stay at this hotel. I was here for a business meeting ... and the meeting rooms were adequate. However, that is the best thing I can say about the hotel. The rooms are gross. The carpets and furnishings have not been replaced in years. They are all dirty. The beds are hard and... more

The rooms were big, and the price was decent, but the location to the city was not great. Our room smelled of sewer and the TV did not have the channels promised. The front desk service was sketchy at best. If you could get them to pick up the phone, you were lucky indeed. All in all it was a... more

We chose Alcora because of it's location near the autovía. And the hotel was easy to find, and parking turned out to be easy as well. The hotel looks great, you can't avoid being a little impressed as you see the lobby for the first time. The room was large and clean, and the poolarea was also very nice. So... more

While this hotel has an impressively large entrance the rest of the hotel is very shabby. The carpets in the halls to the rooms are very worn and stained, and the fixtures and fittings in the rooms mostly don't work. I was staying there with a group of people, not one of us had a room we were happy with.... more
