we stayed on presidential suite which was very comfy and cost us like a standart 4 star hotel room in the center.it takes just 10 minutes by taxi(8 euro) to go to center so i see it as very minor disadvantage.hotel food was fine enable us to eat someting diffrent then tapas. and breakfast is very good

We have stayed at this Barcelo several times over a period of years. The hotel is a great bridgehead into Seville from the outskirts of la isla de la Cartuja. The hotel is not near the center of the city but on the other side of the river. The front dest was very helpful and they suggested what to do and see while in Seville. There are bus routes that take you to the center of the city and taxi fee's are not expensive. I would stay here again.

The hotel is slightly out of the centre, but can be reached by buses C1 and C2. The route is the same, with C1 being the clockwise direction and the C2 the anticlockwise one.
