They claim 5 stars service but it is far away from that... No internet in the rooms, sauna and jakuzi are out of service for month and month. There is no gym - they offer sport center outside of the hotel (10 Euro a day) and you have to pay for parking :) more

The Barcelo Renaciamiento in Seville is a clean, smart, business-focussed hotel just on the outskirts of Central Seville. It's billed as five-star but I think you'd have to knock at least half a star off that in reality - I'm sure it was five star when it opened in 2000 but seems to have faded slightly in the intervening years.... more

Dissapointed in this so called 5 star hotel.. The rooms are large yes,, but in need of reburbishment. The curtains in our room were torn and hanging off the track! The cleanliness was not up to (my) standard either...To be honest, the toilet bowl needed a good dose of sulfumant,, something it had not seen in a very long time...badly... more
