To begin, The hotel claims to be a four star and they don't even do currency exchange. The mini bar if you can call it that, wasn't included (most 4 star hotels do.) The staff very unfriendly. I visited this hotel as a member of a tour group. It may be OK if arriving by car but not by coach. The coach was unable to reach the hotel because of its situation at the end of a narrow street. Web site is misleading. Not central. We are fast walkers and it takes us 15 minutes to get to the cathedral. Our room back of building but still noisy. No in room mini-bar to keep bought drinks cold. No coffee maker. Room small. Taken up by twin beds. Only one uncomfortable doctor's reception area type chair in which to sit.... more

About 10 minutes walk from Cathedral. Room floor very dirty and worn. Cleaned when we asked reception, but ledges and tables also dusty. Could hear every word spoken in rooms either side. Would rate as 3 star. Better value elsewhere and avoid if you sllep lightly!. more

We stayed at the hotel during the Semana Santa 2007. The hotel is quite nice. Room was very clean, 2 big beds (make up 1 huge double bed), big clean bathroom. Breakfast had a very good choice.
