Stayed June 27-30, 2008 at this hotel, it seemed to be the most bang for the buck and it was! Check in was pleasant as was the room. There was some sort of a scheme mentioned that the Silken chain had going, you paid 20€ more and got a bigger fancier room but the reason for doing it and for... more

On arrival the reception staff took my passport and information, and didn't say ANYTHING to us. We had booked a club room but where not told about any of the club facilities, nor where we even told about what times or the location of breakfast. I was not satisfied with the customer service. The club rooms looked fantastic on the... more

We have stayed at the Hotel Al-Andalus several times in the past. This time we had a Club Room at the hotel, on the third floor, which is the executive floor. I was amazed at how big the room was. There were two very large queen size beds with light comforters. The linens were very soft and of good quality.... more

We stayed at the Silken in Seville on May 19th for 3 nights. I can honestly say that we were not disappointed and absolutly loved this hotel. Location/Bus: The Location is approx 5/10 mins bus ride from the main centre of Seville with the no. 34 bus bringing you straight there for EUR 1.10 each - one way. The bus... more

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed at lower-highest end hotels, and expect the facility to represent what I pay for and to be of equal value. Please read my review of my recent stay at Hotel Silken in Seville Spain. Hotel Silken is in a residential area near the soccer stadium. It is a nice area, but keep... more

Very nice hotel at a very good price. Hotel is a little far from city center but the bus is right around the corner, and we had no problems with it. Parking in street is available for free and nice neighborhood. Overall pleasant stay. more

Just returned from four nights in this hotel. Location is a little outside of the City but bus no. 34 stops close by and only ten minutes into the Centre. We bought "bonobus" tickets from a tabac - ten journeys for 6 euros. Hotel has lovely garden and a large outdoor pool - very welcome when you return from a... more

Very good value hotel compared to city centre prices. Attractive gardens, a large swimming pool, very comfortable and spacious beds and a decent breakfast. If you want to see Real Betis in La Liga (Spanish first division football) then it is right next to the stadium. The only drawback is the patchy bus service into town, meaning a taxi is... more

We stayed at the Silken from April 5-9, just in time to catch the very beginning of Feria which began on the 8th. Realized after the fact that we were lucky to find rooms during this huge holiday as we booked in January without any knowledge of what/when Feria is. After extensively reading the reviews on trip advisor, we picked... more

Loved the hotel. Classy from top to bottom and also very reasonably priced. We paid an extra 15 euros for the executive room. I would strongly suggest taking that option if available. The hotel is reasonably large, buts runs very smoothly. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the concierge was magnificent. I cannot say... more
