Looking at the outside of the hotel as we pulled up, I was not impressed. I was surprised that the hotel had been given a four star but when walking into the reception area I thought I understood why. The reception area was very grand and the hotel seemed to be split into two sides. I can only guess one... More

After driving 3 hours to get to the hotel, I found a long queue for check in which took 15 minutes to reach the desk and then a further 15 minutes to check in. After a long walk to my room, I found it had a safe, but you needed a code from reception to access it. I tried to... More

Value for money, nice 4 star hotel but needs some upkeep, just a little worse for wear in some places. The deal was pretty good; half board, decent room, value for money. Although, we expected a bit more for such a large 4 star hotel. The swimming area could be a little larger considering the size of the hotel complex,... More

This hotel used to be a good conference hotel but now is a tourist hotel with many tours from France, Germany and England. It is located near the Bettis football stadium. We parked on the street as the garage is too small for a SUV. The executive rooms and the suites are fine. Breakfast is the usual fair but be... More

We are going frequently to this hotel : nice swimming pool, the buffet is good and generous (breakfast and dinner), the staff is sympathic and the price is low. The best quality/price hotel in Sevilla, you have more than you expected ! Massage : 30 min/19 euros !

I stayed there for 3 nights. We booked it after seeing really nice pictures of the rooms and the price was really good. We booked a double superior room with poolview. The first night we noticed water dripping through one of the lights in the room entrance ceiling. After complaining at the reception they gave us another room the next... More

Although a pleasant hotel, and good value for money, the hotel’s standard is not as it used to be. The number of staff has been cut and now one has to pay for things that were free. Towels for the pool are now charged 1Euro per towel. The use of a computer/internet is now 1Euro for 10 minutes. The business... More
