I lived six months at the owner's apartment. In the end he kept the deposit, telling me that there was a damage that i didn't made. I offered him to pay my part, since the apartment was shared but he refused. We bought a new piece, even if was not our duty, and in the end when i asked for... More

I don't want to spend time talking about the Perez montilla. It's 5 am and I'm outside in the square. Nobody speaks english at the reception, in my room there are 42 degrees because the air conditioning is out of order, no water for shawer or Bath. Is it enought?

I knew this hostel is basic but not realized how poor it was. Hard to find, it took us 45mins walk from the bus station around the backroads of the barrio before we found it. It is about 10minutes to the Cathedral/main square but without a map it's impossible to arrive. No common areas, we had only 2 beds, wardrobe... More

It's cheap but the room was very shabby. The shower was broken and the shower screen came off the rails. We had to ask for blankets as I could not sleep as it was so cold, and then again for more blankets as it was still not warm enough! We had asked for a double room but they had put... More

The landlord is a very bad guy , he is not respectfull to other people , he dont respect other nationalities , the rooms are small , the shared bathroom is not clean at all .He really appreciate to control the customers by giving orders that make to me any sence, the beds are not comfortable , At the end... Yes it's cheap but for a little but more there are some much nicer options. The single room I took had No space, no air con but did have a hand basin. There was a shared bathroom on the next floor down. On the plus side it was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. One guy spoke English well.... More

we come in this hostel two times as we stay in sevilla only one night per way in our travel. we try the room in the first floor and also in upstairs where there's also the air conditioned. All the two rooms have a small bathroom inside. The location is very good and also the people that work on it.... More

This place is in an amazing location, with much of Seville within a 10 minute walking radius. It's located in the Juderia (Historically Jewish District). The price is extremely cheap, but so are the room's amenities. We had a balcony room facing the courtyard on the street in front of the place. They virtually stole parking from us, as we... More

Other reviewers seem to be surprised that the rooms were extremely basic, even though they only cost €25 per person. As somewhere just to sleep for the night it was absolutely fine - you don't go to Sevilla just to see the inside of the hotel. It's location is great, just off the main street that circles the old town.... More

All right, if you book a double room in a peak season in Seville for 40 euro, you shall not complain over the quality. And, indeed, I am not. Just wanted to share the obvious truth that 40 euro per night means a basic room with very outdated pieces of furniture. Frankly, there weren't too many of them, in there...;... More
