Yes for a budget hostal this place is first rate, fantastic Andalusian decor as the rooms are built round an inner courtyard. We had a shared bathroom, but not a problem out of season. Our room had a double and single bed, spotlessly clean, with towels and sachets of soap. The bedroom window overlooked the inner courtyard so there was... More

I was there in a 3 day trip to Seville for work. Decided to stay at this hostel because of its location: it's very close to the Alameda (short 10 minute walk) and located in a great neighborhood. Staff were friendly and nice. The room was a reasonable size. I had a two bed with a shared bathroom. Bathroom was... More

We hadn't been staying in pensions in Spain; however, Seville was practically booked out when I got around to booking accommodation, and it was either go much more expensive or go plainer. For some reason I thought we were getting a room with shared facilities...but, not, our very own small bathroom (this is important for older persons who often find... More

Good news first: you will hardly find a cleaner place when it comes to floors and bathrooms. As to the bed cloth: They are so thin that you can see the flowers of the mattress through them, there are holes in it (!) - and because they are much too tiny, they roll up during the night and make you... The pension is cheap, clean, comfortable and with a welcoming and helpful staff. We stayed in room n.1 and slept very well without any noise. You can get breakfast a couple of doors down and reach the Cathedral and Alcazar by feet in 15 min!

The owners are super pleasant. I cannot complain since they were so nice to us. We were having issues with our cell phone/internet and we needed to book our seats on the train to head to Madrid so Mari let us use her i-pad. It was raining a couple of days while we were there, but Mari came to the... More

I always stay in the neighbourhood Macarena because it is not as touristy full of charm and has lots of places to go out for a drink or concert being flamenco, jazz, rock which is for the locals and not set for touritst. The pension is cheap, clean comfortable and with a helpful management.

Great to be between locals, Pubs and tapas bars all around the cosy square. Very authentic. Mind you, do not go to sleep before midnight, its a busy neighbourhood ;-). Cathedral and Alcazar less then 20 minutes by feet.
