My husband and I had stayed in this hotel 20 years ago on our honeymoon.Of course we expected the same small town charm as well as the ambienance the hotel created. It is now a 4 star hotel with all the accutremonts. It was difficult to get to(however that may have been our own fault)The front desk porter was very helpful seeing... This hotel needs a ton of work! The rooms look like they have not been touched since the 1980's, are miniscule, and some have no windows. There was only one person behind the desk when we checked in, and she was miserable. The layout is very confusing and there are no signs to direct you. The hotel has a lot... More

Just back from a 2 night stay at Las Casas de la Juderia and cannot wait to sleep in my own bed. This hotel had the worst (hard , lumpy and ancient) mattresses I have ever experienced in any hotel. The room was OK per se, but all the soft furnishings were old and dusty and made the room feel unfresh.... More

We spent three nights in this charming hotel. I must say it was very unusual and I suspect almost every one of the well over 100 rooms is different. The best part is the convenient location to the best parts of Seville. The hotel is actually a concoction of a dozen buildings cobbled together into a single hotel. It was... More

This hotel has a very high rating on Trip Advisor. I would NEVER stay here again. The bones of the hotel have great potential, but it has been in need of remodeling for a LONG time. Our room had one window, opening directly onto a side pedestrian walkway. The room was so humid that the paint was peelling off the... More

Plus points; this hotel is ideally placed for the Cathedral, Alcazar and the many restaurants and cafes in this charming area of Seville. The hotel itself has a number of delightful courtyards for relaxation in sun or shade, and has an intriguing layout as many of its rooms are connected by passageways (some below street level) which twist and turn... I really don't know why people would complain about this hotel! OK - so it's not perfect, but it is so charming. And old. And carefully designed and furnished in the old style. Beautiful little nooks and crannies, lovely courtyards and a surprise round every corner. We got lost a few times, but used the opportunity to explore. If you... More

This hotel is not worth the four stars it has been awarded. Our room was good. Roomy and with a good shower. But the long journey to the room, through flooded underground corridors being mopped up and repaired by hotel staff was dismal. The final part of our journey via the second creaky elevator was significant for its smell of... More

We have stayed here several times in the past 8 years and have always found it very comfortable. This time though, it was even better! We had a downstairs room overlooking the courtyard and wifi worked in the room. We had an excellent stay and will certainly choose the hotel again.

I am an elderly experienced world traveler who does much research before each trip, and is quitepicky but not i think overly so. Thia is a quite expensive boutique hotel in a fantastic location between the alcazar and the mosque/cathedral near the river. loads of spanish charm with many courtyards and a piano bar and nice restaurant (the price for...
