Booked this hotel because it was within walking distance of cathedral and other attractions and because it sounded different in its layout to other hotels. It did not disappoint with its little courtyards, tunnels, array of flowers, You can get lost in this maze of alleys but we enjoyed this aspect - so different to modern hotels. Yes it needs... More

We lived in Madrid many years ago and were lucky to be able to visit many of the countries wonderful beautiful cities and towns. Seville in particular held fond memories. We thought we would revisit one particular favourite hotel, we were not disappointed. It has hardly changed, Charming, friendly, a labyrinth of a place. There is now a spa in... More

A hotel located in the historic centre of Seville, close to Cathedral and a park. It is a very unusual place to stay. Hotel has its own heritage and is full of history. You can see that it was opened and managed with love. The hotel is full of corridors under the ground level and full of different courtyards. There is... More

This is a very good hotel. It is located in the old city, about 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, and consists of a series of medieval houses linked by courtyards and even a tunnel. There is an air of elegance and charm throughout the hotel. Because of the thick walls, wifi does not work in the rooms but is... More

Spent one night with my husband at this hotel. The location is certainly the best in a beautiful corner of the barrio de la Santa Cruz, the historic quarter of the city. The hotel is a series of beautiful buildings with very different types of rooms. I saw 2 of them and they were very different but comfortable. No luxuries... More

This wonderful hotel is composed by 18 houses of the Judería (old Jewish neighborhood), blocks away from Sevilla's cathedral. The passways between the different houses, the beautiful Sevillan patios, the wonderful terrace with a lovely pool and bar to soak in the sun and sangría while, the bells of the nearby churches announce the coming of the hour. Don't miss... More

Having booked this hotel for the end of a 3 week holiday in Andalusia we were getting cold feet when we looked at the recent reviews on tripadvisor. Totally unnecessarily! It was an absolute joy. We loved all the tunnels and courtyards. It was unlike any other hotel we have stayed in. The communal areas were beautiful in a typically... More

I stayed at Las Casas de la Juderia on a recent trip to Sevilla. It is a very special hotel. It is like a private city within the city of Sevilla. It's made up of old houses and palaces strung together. From the outside, you'd never know. From the inside, you get a very intimate and private experience with the... More

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the previous reviewers was moaning about finding the Hotel and parking, well it couldn't be easier using Google Maps and the Hotel staff will drive you to the underground car park 2 minutes away and park the car for you and this costs only €20 per night. Lovely... More

We drove into Seville in the evening and were unable to find the hotel even after asking many locals. They rolled their eyes and said it was complicated. Finally, we were lucky enough to find a young guy on a motorbike who walked me a couple of blocks to find the hotel. I explained to Reception that we spent 1... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Ensconced among the winding labyrinth of narrow roads found at the heart of Seville’s old quarter, modern style and classic tradition converge in the hotel Las Casas de la Judería. History fills the air in this magnificent Old World style establishment with a superb architectural style which harmoniously reflects the authentic feel of the serpentine neighbourhood that surrounds it. The vibrant colours that dress the hotel’s interiors and the friendly service provided by the affable staff fantastically mirror the true character of Andalusia. • Formed by an ensemble of traditional Andalusian-style houses, Las Casas de la Judería is characterised by its charming central courtyards dominated by a set of gorgeous fountains. The hotel presents an array of services for your enjoyment, such as live music in the animated piano bar, and a full sized outdoor pool, the perfect place to lie back in and enjoy the sunny climate of southern Spain. Breakfast in the hotel’s “Mirror Hall” helps get the day off to a pleasant start, while a dinner IN EMPORION RESTAURANT elaborated with the finest Mediterranean ingredients is the perfect ending. Add all this to the excellent meeting rooms the hotel offers, and you have the makings for a hotel that is ideal for not only for vacationers, but for business travellers as well. • Located in the heart of Seville, the hotel Las Casas de la Judería offers superbly convenient access to some of the most symbolic attractions in Spain. You will find a vast gamma of the city’s most important monuments within one kilometre of the hotel, such as The Giralda bell tower of the Cathedral, or the Royal Alcázar of Seville, an impressive Moorish-style palace. ... more   less
