Overall a good hotel in a great location pretty close to the cathedral. However, it was a bit dark and dreary. The only way to make our way to the rooms which were at the back end of the property was through a long series of tunnels and steps, which, while interesting in their own way...were a bit damp and... I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My family has been coming for years when they visit the city. The room we had was clean, spacious with a large bathroom. The beds are a little hard but this is something we encountered all over Europe. Wifi is spotty due to the fact that this is several houses connected with tunnels spread... More

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and I'd definetly recommend it. It's walking distance from all the main attractions of Seville; the rooms are ok. The one I stayed was big enough for two people, the bathroom was fine and the breakfast was delicious. Thee staff was very helpful. The only thing I have to say is about the... More

While this hotel is quaint the amenities are lacking. We booked two rooms, four nights and were excited about our stay. But......you need to be sure footed around this hotel. There are cobblestone paths throughout which lend to the charm but gets old after a day. As does the wifi that is only available in the reception area. In addition... More

Our one night stay was a disaster. We had booked for 3 nights, but checked out after one. It felt like leaving a hell hole. It started with a leaking toilet and ended up with my wife getting food poisened. All the stuff one gets for breakfast comes from the cheapest super market chain. The pool with plastic grass is... My wife and I along with two friends stayed in this hotel for two nights at the beginning of our short break to Saville and again for one night at the end. I honestly can't fault this hotel in any way. It's very atmospheric with moorish tilling and courtyards with fountains and lots of plants in the many cool open... More

This hotel is really one of the hotels with the best WOW effects I have ever seen. It is in walking distance to most tourist places and the rooms are really nice. The view from the top is fantastic but the pool was closed during my stay. The breakfast room is not to nice, but the breakfast itself was ok.

We loved our one night stay in this hotel in July 2014. Sat Nav is a help to get you there through the winding streets of old Seville but you can drive up to the door and valet parking takes care of the rest which is a boon. The hotel is made up of several old buildings now all linked... More

We chose Las Casas after reading the Tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. This clever little gem is not to be missed. The little passageways and courtyards are beautifully decorated and help create a peaceful ambiance. We requested a "newer" room to avoid any mold issues mentioned by previous reviewers--the staff was happy to oblige. Our room was spacious, elegantly... More

This hotel twists and turns and if you aren't paying attention you can get lost. The many levels and sections add to the charm. The pathways and courtyards are fun and lovely. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Spain. The only trouble was the first day the hotel A/C was broken with 100+ weather. They moved... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Ensconced among the winding labyrinth of narrow roads found at the heart of Seville’s old quarter, modern style and classic tradition converge in the hotel Las Casas de la Judería. History fills the air in this magnificent Old World style establishment with a superb architectural style which harmoniously reflects the authentic feel of the serpentine neighbourhood that surrounds it. The vibrant colours that dress the hotel’s interiors and the friendly service provided by the affable staff fantastically mirror the true character of Andalusia. • Formed by an ensemble of traditional Andalusian-style houses, Las Casas de la Judería is characterised by its charming central courtyards dominated by a set of gorgeous fountains. The hotel presents an array of services for your enjoyment, such as live music in the animated piano bar, and a full sized outdoor pool, the perfect place to lie back in and enjoy the sunny climate of southern Spain. Breakfast in the hotel’s “Mirror Hall” helps get the day off to a pleasant start, while a dinner IN EMPORION RESTAURANT elaborated with the finest Mediterranean ingredients is the perfect ending. Add all this to the excellent meeting rooms the hotel offers, and you have the makings for a hotel that is ideal for not only for vacationers, but for business travellers as well. • Located in the heart of Seville, the hotel Las Casas de la Judería offers superbly convenient access to some of the most symbolic attractions in Spain. You will find a vast gamma of the city’s most important monuments within one kilometre of the hotel, such as The Giralda bell tower of the Cathedral, or the Royal Alcázar of Seville, an impressive Moorish-style palace. ... more   less
