Stayed here for a 4-day City Break. On arrival the room was not ready as the previous occupier had a late check-out, which we were not informed about. The Hotel Management were very apologetic and gave us complimentary lunch with a drink on the Terrace bar. They promised the room would be ready by 4.30pm and it was. Did not... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this elegant and classy hotel in mid April and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The check-in was one of the best we have experienced with the receptionist taking time to ensure that we were aware of what was available in Seville and also in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious... More

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated within walking distance of just about everything! The pool area in back is a great retreat at the end of a day of sightseeing and an ideal spot to take a typical Sevilla siesta before dinner. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous courtyard and the buffet is a great value. We were treated... More

Decided to have a meal at the hotel. We were seated and given menus but no wine list. finally got one to order some good sherry as an aperitif but the waiter brought the bottle and poured the very end of the bottle that did not even give a half glass. No apology nothing just there you go. Food ok... More

The hotel lived up to its website, cost and standards. We were upgraded to a junior suite, so we enjoyed the extra space at the cost of deluxe room. I love the pool and nicely furnished gym (with modern treadmills and TV-computerised screens. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and serving staff service was excellent. The location is within walking distance... More

This place is just perfect. The location is right in the middle of everything, the building itself is so beautiful, staff were so helpful in anyway. The courtyard, where they serve afternoon tea and tapas was so beautiful. Every time I think about this hotel, I think about a word beautiful and perfect. This hotel made my trip to Seville

This is THE hotel to stay at in Seville with incredible architecture and history. Location is perfect - walking distance to everywhere. We had a lovely room with a terrace and view of the cathedral. The tile work here is really incredible - especially in the guest room bathrooms and public spaces. I had emailed many times with the concierge... More

If you take a ride in one of Seville's lovely horse drawn carriages, the driver will almost certainly point out this hotel as you ride past it. He will say in broken Spanish " On right is Hotel Alfonso - numero uno hotel in all Sevilla". And that's what this place sets itself up to be - the number one... More

This hotel is stunning. Stayed here for 4 days with husband & 2 children. Good service, friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet is overwhelming with good coffee and fresh fruit. The room was decorated beautifully- carved wood ceiling, tiled bath, comfortable bedding, lovely chandelier. Well executed all around.

From the moment you pull up to the entrance you can see and feel the class of this hotel. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in I don't think I've ever seen so much detailed architecture every where you look.the room we stayed in was beautiful room 113 over looking well kept gardens and pool nice and quiet.
