We chose this hotel on a recommendation & it didn't disappoint. The location is ideal. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We hadn't booked breakfast as part of our package but went for the option while there. The food was really good & the staff in the restaurant were very helpful - even getting me gluten free bread for... More

Great location right by the cathedral. Stunning views from the rooftop. The hotel has seen better days and probably was very posh 30 years ago. It's still passable but could do with some modernising. The room was small and very basic. Quite disappointing. The bathroom was a wet room and the whole place basically flooded which wasn't great. Air conditioning... More

My friend and I chose this hotel mainly due to its central location and it's roof top pool, considering we were travelling in August. We found the service to the excellent, all staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was very central, near to bars and restaurants, cathedral, alcazar etc. we felt very safe walking home late at night and... More

This Hotel is located just at 200 meters from the Cathedral. It's not easy to park the car in that area. The "Real Alcazar" is also very close to this Hotel. Rooms were clean enough. Staff serving breakfast was very friendly.

We were a party of 3 ladies looking for a relaxing escape with sightseeing, shopping and some sun. We chose this hotel because of its central location and were not disappointed. We were literally less than an a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The hotel itself is comfortable and stylishly decorated throughout. Our triple room was... More

We made reservations three weeks in advance, after arrival to Spain and on our way to Sevilla the day before arrival to the hotel, we got an e-mail from hotels.com saying that our reservations were canceled. We called the hotel and they confirmed that they had canceled our reservations. They claimed that our credit card was not valid, but they... More

We love the hotel staff, the location and the room. We slept so much cos it is so cozy. And this place is good if you want to hang around town and do everything about sevilla! One thing that they could work on are the beds. The beds need to be more sturdy and of better quality. Otherwise, everything is... More

Stayed here in the beginning of November this year and don't have much to say about it!! The hotel is located right in the center of the old town and is an excellent location for tourists. Its located in a small narrow alley which is sometimes tricky to find. The rooms are just decent nothing great! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms.... More
