Very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to most historic sites! The hotel workers were wonderful and so helpful!!! This is the way all hotels should be with their guests. Visited various cities in Spain and this hotel stood out with everyone in our group. And I can't praise Salva (the girl at the desk) enough! Talk about service!!!

Dear Maria, First of all we would like to thank you for such a delighting comment. It makes us very proud to make those feelings in our guests! As you know, we are just two minutes away from the Cathedral and the Alcazar, and most of the main other monuments. The farest one is just 20 minutes away from the... More

Nice ideally situated hotel. Within easy walking distance of many of the city's attractions. Pleasant friendly staff. One tip if you go in winter wrap up well. A beautiful city with lots of things to do and see.

Dear Customer, First, we appreciate your opinion and the time you spent in it. It is very important for our hotel staff know that our work is appreciated, thanks. On the other hand, was unable to describe better our location, a small quiet neighborhood amidst the hustle and bustle. We regret that during your stay, you needed wrapped up as... More

We loved staying at Hotel Casas de Santa Cruz. The location is perfect for sightseeing at all the main tourist attractions. You can walk to everything. The hotel staff was very informative and extremely helpful. Great restaurants nearby. The only difficulty is getting to the hotel which was a little confusing. Once there, we loved it.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your comment and for your time. It is very useful for us. We understand that the distribution of the Barrio de Santa Cruz may be a bit confusing, so we like to inform our customers before their arrival on how to reach our hotel. We are glad that your arrival was not too difficult. As... More

We stayed there 3 night end of November. Location is great, right in Santa Cruz area, the best of Sevilla, 50m away from the Alcazar and the Gerald, also close to all tapas bars and monuments. The rooms are quite small but cute (only 8 rooms I think), bathroom are quite average, old looking. Bed is good, wifi OK. Still,... More

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for sharing your comment with everyone on tripadvisor. The location of our hotel, as mentioned by the majority of our customers, is a great advantage to visit the main sights of the city. Indeed, our hotel is a small boutique hotel with only 7 charming rooms in an old Sevillian House of the eighteenth... More

We arrived at this place after some searching of alleyways etc. in the área to find that there was no hotel - check-in was at a diffrent hotel - OK we expected this as we had read the reviews but we did not expect a series of old houses with rooms entered from a locked door on the alleyways.I had... Dear Customer, You made a reservation at Hotel Casas de Santa Cruz, a typical Sevillian courtyard house of the eighteenth century. This is not an old house, it is a singular building with history. The hotel rooms do not have a shower as reported on our website, and at no point we confirmed you the availability of a room with... More

Hotel is actually a house near to the parent hotel. Connecting phone didn't work. Small rooms but very clean and nicely equipped for a city break, including dressing gowns and slippers. Coffee machine in room but no coffee or tea and these had to be bought from main reception- not impressed! No mini bar either. Location was good but don't... More

In 20 years of traveling to Europe, this is easily the worst hotel experience I have had. Before we arrived, we received an email from the hotel telling us to take a cab to Plaza Alianza (because the hotel is in a pedestrian-only area) and to follow the hotel’s map in the email to get to Casas de Santa Cruz.... Dear Customer, We deeply regret that your stay was not positive. I would like to clarify that our website clearly informs about our location, indicates how to get to the hotel, and inform that the reception is a few meters away. Also, a few days before arrival, we send an email, reminding all of this information and include a map... More

I stayed here with my cousin for 2 nights and after our horrendous experience in Madrid, this was lovely. I knew going in that this would be a very small room, but since it was so clean, had a window and a good sized bathroom, it did not bother us since we were here only for 2 days and did... More

This hotel has an excellent location while at the same time, it is very quite. The rooms are small but very trendy and very clean. The hotel is afiliated with restaurants nearby which is very nice as you can get free coffee./tea between 1700-1900. Also you get 10% discount, the food is ok and you are near your room. The... Upon entering we noticed how friendly the staff we're, I would actually rate the girls behind the desk as the friendliest hotel staff we have experienced on our entire trip. Spoke very good English which was a relief considering many other places in Seville spoke almost no English. the Hotel was so charming, had water features and hanging gardens with... More
