I spent three very comfortable nights here. Though my room was a small, single room, the cleanliness was as good as a 5 star hotel's. Jose, the owner is a charming gentleman, sincere and helpful. The location is good; shops, eateries and tapas bars, all nearby. I loved my stay ! Highly recommended !

This hotel was just perfect for me. It was a haven in a busy, noisy city. Our room was beautiful, quiet, big enough, non smoking, close to everything. Jose was helpful, friendly. Couldn't be better, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Made the reservation 3 days before arrival. Stayed here 2 nights. Arrived at 3pm and was told the room was not ready. Waited and waited and waited, after an hour we finally received our room key. Went down later to get the password for wifi. Gentleman at reception (same one) was on the phone, waited and waited and waited for... More

I stayed here for two nights while travelling across Spain. What a great place!! It's central, within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, and some good eating, drinking, and shopping options all around. I was in a single room (with a 'large' single bed), the room was spotlessly clean. It's great value accommodation in a good location.

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff in an ideal location. Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely decor. We did not have a car so don't know about parking. No breakfast but nearby cafes and bakery

We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is excellent being right next to the bridge and yet also to the 2 main plazas, Plaza Nueva and Plaza Isabel which are surrounded by lots of options for shopping and allow buses to the Albaycín and also to Alhambra. Hardly any noise from a crowded street outside! The rooms are... More

We arrived in Granada by train and took a taxi to Hotel Las Almenas. We were given a warm greeting by Jose at the front desk. We had one of the two rooms in the hotel that has a large outdoor patio on the 2nd. level. The room was good sized and had a nice bathroom with a good shower... More

Good beds, quiet airconditioning, but no breakfast. Breakfast available within 50 meters. Parking garage available at 100 meter (stamp of hotel saves 2 euro/night). Hotel run by owner. Very helpful in giving all information you want. Walking distance from center and Alhambra. Tip: Buy tickets for Alhambra well in advance on-line. Obtain them from the Caix bank (100 meters from... Quite a find in the centre of Granada. Extremely clean, good bathroom and spotless bedlinen. Near shops and restaurants and supermarkets. Would definitely go back if in the area. It is situated in a very busy road but personally I did not find it a problem. there was no breakfast but a bakery a few doors down provided a most... More

Las Almenas is conveniently located near the center of town and bus stops. Public transportation in Granada is very good and affordable. Locals and tourists use it frequently and the busses take you anywhere you want to go. Apparently the hotel is family owned and technology is not their forte. José at the front desk was more than helpful, though.... More
