The good: I chose this place from trip advisor because we had a rental car and were looking for an easy place to get to with parking. Hotel was easy to find and had small off street parking. The hotel itself is very nice with a beautiful bathroom including a towel warmer. Out of our window we had a great... More

We chose this hotel as we had just one night in Granada and knew we would be arriving a little too late to look around the city. The hotel is located in a residential street surrounded by houses. The street is very narrow and parking and turning the car is very tight. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was... More

Most remembered organized and disciplined friendly staff and luxurious interior. My stay was very comfortable. At my requests, I received a response immediately. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Most of all I liked the ratio of staff to guests. The staff was very courteous and kind. Even small misunderstandings and incidents we solved with a smile. I... More

Friendly staff and great customer service. Beautiful views, free parking, free breakfast and we had a great dinner. 15 minute drive to the very popular Sierra Nevada mountains. Overall this was a great hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We chose this hotel based on the ratings here and the fact it had free parking. Also the breakfast was included which was an added bonus. We were able to take the bus to Granada city centre. Bus number 33 at a cost of 1.20 Euro which you pay the driver directly (20 minutes). We also took the bus back... More

Had a lovely stay here Oct 28-30 2013, we had been warned not to think of taking a car into Granada so a hotel with parking was needed. I took the warning of the steep hill into consideration but decided to risk the climb anyway. yes it is steep but being reasonably fit we were able for the ascent. Remember... More

Grenada is a lovely town and the hotel Cerro del Sol was also a lovely find. Nicely decorated bedrooms, quite unique. Location was not an issue, as we had transportation (car) through local friends which was convenient. Having breakfast buffet available on site worked out perfectly as it allowed for a more relaxed morning and made it easier, as we... More

We stayed for 3 nights here and had a lovely time. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Rooms are decorated beautifully with a real Andalucian feel to them. Ask for a room overlooking the pool and on the first floor as you will have a little balcony and the view of the Sierra Nevada mountains is breathtaking.... More

The Hotel Cerro is a surprise. The bedrooms are well decorated and bed is comfortable. The room we stayed in had no plug in the bath, and half way through a shower the water went off for half an hour. The water did come back on after 3 phone calls to reception. The really disappointing thing was the terrible food in the bar area.We were... We stayed in Cerro del Sol for 2 nights on our trip to Granada in September 2013. Yes it is out of town, and up a steep hill, but the frequent 33 bus means you are in the central district within minutes and the view is just lovely. The room was spotless, the price included a buffet breakfast, the staff... More
