This hotel could be anywhere in Europe or North America. It is efficient, clean, and up to date in every way. Comfortable and convenient. Far from the old Moorish area, the central city and the Alhambra for anyone walking, but the taxi fares are inexpensive, about 4-5 E to anywhere. In the central city, the old moorish area, or around... More

Price of hotel was very reasonable for family room. Room was good size and also had a balcony. Free wifi in room very good and allowed us to connect 3 devices all watching videos. Hotel not in tourist part of town so need to have a car if booking this hotel. But if you do then easy access to all... More

We decided to go to the maciá because of reviews we read. The hotel is located at the very end of the outskirts of Granada, some 2 km away from the center. However, its location is absolutely not a problem, as there are buses nearby that take you to the center in less than 7 minutes (bus stop is located... More

This is a good hotel choice for those arriving in Granada by car. As you exit the tunnel on A395 it is right in front of you. Just enter the roundabout in front of the hotel and exit right into the hotel. Very easy. The parking garage is very convenient. Once in the garage there is an elevator so you... More

We stayed at this hotel as half our group wanted to ski and half wanted to go sightseeing in Granada. It was in the perfect spot for both. The ski group had a 30 min drive to the Sierra Nevada and the sightseers were a short bus or taxi ride from the centre of Granada and 1K from the Alhambra palace.... Nice modern hotel near Granada. it's easily accessible by car and only a short journey to Granada and the Alhambra by bus or taxi. When we got to our room, we felt like someone had been smoking in the room so we went back to the reception and got the new room straight away. The new room we got was... More

Did not check Tripadvisor before booking - my mistake. At first, our reservation was not recorded in the hotel system. Booking.com fault? The Hotel? We will never know. After traveling +2hours with 4 kids, it is certainly not the best feeling. Luckily, Katy (receptionist) find us 2 double rooms with spare bed. The temperature in the room seems to be... More

In the centre of things and a great spot at front of hotel for people watching....the reggae bar next door closed up pretty early so wasn't as noisy as we first thought when we arrived..the rasta guys out front are mixed lot and their noise levels differ accordingly. Not much interaction with anybody at hotel to be able to comment... More

A nice modern hotel, just on the edge of the centre of town, but very easy to get to. The hotel has nice rooms, nice decor and a good restaurant. The bar is functional without being atmospheric or overly welcoming. There is a nice cosy pub next door with a real open fire though. the location is very handy to... More

I made a reservation for one night at this hotel but we actually thought if we liked it, we'd stay longer, well, we just spent the night. Front desk people were very unwelcoming. I know they're supposed to check people in and answer questions about the hotel and that's it. But I always expect these people to be willing to... More
