Check in staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable and clean; breakfast was fresh and plentiful - eggs to order if you wish. We had dinner here a couple of nights and each night, the food was wonderful. A quick taxi ride will get you to La Alahambra in no time; quick tip - take plenty of water... More

Stayed here for one night, it was easy to find just outside the centre of Granada & met our needs as we were visiting the Al Alhambra which was only 5 mins away. Check in was a bit slow (think to do with computer) so man told us to park car in secure underground parking first & when we got... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is outside the city center, but only a five minute taxi ride. The hotel has a modern feel. Very clean, helpful staff and an outstanding breakfast buffett. Anyone traveling from the U.S needs to keep in mind that things are slightly different in other countries (ie. Size of bed, number... The hotel is just a little sad and soulless, and feels like a mediocre transit point for coach trips and business. Location is fine and we enjoyed the two mile hike to town, and taxis and bus stop nearby. Reception staff friendly but it needs a bit more effort. Checking in, we did not get the room we booked, which... More

Reception: very cheerful and helpful people. Room: large and clean but beds are not very comfortable. Food: good and they have many choices. Location: considered a bit far from the city however it is easy to reach it. (Bus SN1, station 50 meters away from the hotel then LAC bus)

Whilst this hotel was clean and rated 4 star, it was soulless. In fact, as we couldn't get tickets for the Alhambra, we cut short our visit to Granada and stayed only one night instead of two. The hotel was a short drive from the centre of town with a view of the road tunnel- not particularly inspiring.

This hotel is nice but far away from the city centre, shopping or restaurants. You have to either take a bus or taxi to get into the town which can get expensive, with sometimes a lengthy wait for each as taxis don't hang around the area. The bus will take you there for 1.20 Euros but the times are anything... More

The hotel is an up to date nice (business) hotel just outside the city. It's not a problem that the hotel is not in the centre because a bus stops nearby and brings you there within 10minutes. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was ok. The pool was also ok. The WiFi was not good (we... More

Clean good sized rooms, the hallways and lobby are freshly painted. Lovely mural of -Alhambra opposite elevator. Restaurant both breakfast and dinner were good. Friendly staff. Take a taxi to the Alhambra 10 minutes away. Took an evening tour to flamenco in a cave

This hotel could be anywhere in Europe or North America. It is efficient, clean, and up to date in every way. Comfortable and convenient. Far from the old Moorish area, the central city and the Alhambra for anyone walking, but the taxi fares are inexpensive, about 4-5 E to anywhere. In the central city, the old moorish area, or around... More
