My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a few nights in early April 2006. Here is what we found:

1. The apartment was not ready when we arrived at about 3.30pm even though check-in time was after 1pm. We had to wait while the cleaner was summonsed, beds were changed, the kitchen and bathroom cleaned and the floors mopped. This was an inconvenience to start with and the job was not done well either (hairs still on the floor).

2. The following items were not provided which we did find in all other apartments we stayed in during our trip:

Toilet Soap
Washing-up rack
Clean unused dishcloth
Clean unused sponge
Can opener
Bowls
Mugs
Plates in good order (all were either chipped or cracked)

3. The apartment was DIRTY. We found:

Mould on the shower curtain
Dirty marks on the "tablecloth" that covered the "dining table"
Dirty marks on the glass that covered the said... more
