Stayed one night left phone charger stayed nowhere else so we know it was left there but within 10 secondes of phoning stating we had keft it we were told that it was not in room. Not in our villa and... More

We're usually budget travellers, but we got a good online deal on this hotel and thought we would give it a try. It was just what we expected - very big and impersonal. The room was clean, large and modern. The hotel is well outside the historic centre (at least 20 minutes' walk) and there isn't much of interest in... More

The hotel really has potential. It's modern, walking distance from the centre and the architecture is quite interesting. The breakfast and WIFI were included, not amazing but nice. Our room on the 5th floor had a nice separate bathroom with tub and shower. The view was nothing overwhelming. Everything was clean, spacious and modern. Only complaint about the room: the... More

Was here for four days on a business trip conference. Company policy didn't allow me to book directly with the hotel and upon arrival I found out most everyone else received free breakfast and lunch. The hotel would allow me to change the booking and I was paying €10 more than others. Minor complaint and not really the hotels fault.... More

We went on a special new year deal, two nights bed and breakfast with a gala dinner on New Year's Eve. The room was comfortable with toiletries provided, car parking was a little difficult to find but once I went to reception they explained, so made it easier to find, it's to the back of reception ,underground. The gala dinner... More

One thing a weary traveller wants at the end of a long day is a hot shower. Our room had a very sophisticated shower with lots of jets. I got a tepid shower but my partner could only get a trickle of luke warm water in spite of all my tinkering with the various knobs and dials. A visit to... More

We stayed at this hotel in December, we used our Air miles and decided to splash out and stay at a five star hotel. We arrived and the staff were very helpful, we were initially put in a twin room, but they changed it without any issues. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very oily and they will charge... This is a nice hotel. Some things are 5-starish and somethings are not. The bathroom is excellent - one of those showers with nozzles everywhere, as well as a full tub. There is a nice touch with bath salts, razor, toothbrush, housecoat etc, but some odd things e.g. I couldn't find tissues, for example. Bed was good, there is a... More

This hotel had no gym available. They were replacing the equipment at the gym reason why the gym was closed for the week. A 5 star hotel should have a temporary gym for its guests until the new gym becomes available. Rooms are typical of a 3 or 4 star hotel. The bed cover had stains and the pillows were... More

Worth everyone of its 5 stars, rooms were luxurious, lots of space and comfortable beds, bathroom was possibly one of the best I have ever seen, breakfast buffet was generous with lots of choice, staff were friendly, courteous & helpful. There's a thermal spa with great views which is e25 for two people for one hour, most recommended after wandering... More
