I just wanted to express what a wonderful time my wife Laura and I had while staying at hotel M.A.Nazaries last month (May, 2015). Our great stay was chiefly due to the efforts and upbeat attitude of one of the employees, Irene Núñez Montoza (concierge, desk agent). Irene went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel,... This place is quite basic. No atmosphere, patchy internet access, no attention to detail. There were no instructions in the room for the telephone - we couldn't even call reception. More annoyingly there was an alarm set on the phone that went off every morning at 4.25 a.m. and despite telling the hotel about it they seemed to do nothing... More

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night as part of a tour group hence it wasn’t booked by myself. It is a clean hotel however the red curtains and bedspreads dates the room. Their was no tea and coffee facilities in the room so we needed to go to the bar and purchase 2 extra tiny teas which totalled... More

I rated this hotel a 4 because there is no '31/2'. The room we were given is close to 'average', a bit better than many but not the value one would expect from it's reviews overall. Location is a bit away from the city centre. The bathroom had a major problem in that we, along with others, had to ask... More

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean but did not have coffee makers as the other 5 star hotels we stayed in Spain. I only mention this because our experience with the breakfast in the hotel. We chose the room with breakfast option when we booked the hotel. The first day, we missed it by 20 minutes and they had... More

This hotel a bit out of city center , is a very middle class hotel , with sad bedrooms , with even sometimes single bed which is not acceptable at this level of price . Service is good and welcoming , but that is not enough for a 4 stars

We waited on the lobby for several minutes prior to the check-in, while watched 4 members of the staff chatting behind the counter, not acknowledgin any customer arriving to the hotel. We had to go to the check-in counter three times to get the appropiate key to our room. Room was nice and spacious, but quite noisy, as the elevators... More

We stayed here on a family holiday and it was ok. I wouldn't say it was a 5* hotel but it was still nice. We came here for the spa facilities, but when we arrived we were informed the spa was closed on a Sunday and as we were only staying for one night, we were disappointed we couldn't use... More

Not a 5 star , would rank 3. Service level mediocre at best . ( not many smiles around this place ) If your staying in a beautiful place like Granada , stay closer to the town centre and in a hotel that better represents this beautiful city . Wifi very poor ( floor 10 ) Room decor old and... More

I travel a lot for business to Granada and this is my favourite hotel. The rooms are excellent, large and very good beds and the breakfast is also very nice. If you want to visit the centre you need to walk 20 min.
