I have stayed there 3 nights during official visit. Only two small things were not acceptable. Heating in the room was switching off with light when I was out of the room, so after few hours it was cold inside (2 sides with single-glass windows). It was January, so temperature was max 14*C during day. The other thing were little... More

Certainly not 5 star and probably only a mid-range 4 - if that. Positioned slightly out of the centre but an easy 15 min walk so not too bad at all and I believer there were buses direct into town. The hotel has no soul or atmosphere and can think of nothing in it's favour to recommend it. The spa... More

We stayed here for just a night while visiting the Alhambra. The hotel was decent - it had a great lobby area, helpful front desk staff, and the breakfast spread was very good. However, the rooms and amenities were definitely not 5-star quality, as other reviews have also mentioned. They had underground parking below the hotel, and it took us... More

Actually, the hotel is rather OK. Main flaw is the location: off center and nothing around. Freeway can be heard from the rooms. Hotel is OK, but not 5*. It could easily be if it improves: courtesy in service (bar OK, front desk= army-style), design of rooms (5* remember), little details improved-slippers bathrobes, it is a spa hotel after all!... We stayed for a long weekend, partly for a conference but also to visit the Alhambra and take in the local sights. The room was excellent very clean, and the shower was great - we did have some trouble with air in the pipes but it cleared up relatively quickly. The room had a mini-bar and the Wi-Fi was acceptable... More

Spent a weekend here, and therefor there were few business persons present, but the buffets for the breakfasts and lunches were very good, and the staff most attentive. The Hotel is situated just across the road from a Shopping Centre, and the main shops are a 10 minute walk towards the Cathedral. A very enjoyable experience

The hotel is rated as a 5* but it lacks certain things I feel that would warrants 5 marking on here especially for British cliental. Things missing, no kettle in the room for a cup of tea which is the first thing you look for. The TV shows the world BBC news and Spanish digital TV. Here they have disabled... More

The room was ample and the bathroom and massage jet shower very comfortable. Meals were buffet with plenty of choice, and the common areas luxurious. The situation of this hotel is next to a shopping centre, and about a ten minute walk to the main shops and cathedral You can get a bus to the Alhambra if you want

We stayed there during our conference Digital Heritage 2015 at Paruqe de la Ciencia. The hotel is modern and elegant, excellent service, good food at breakfast. A must return place. Situated very close to the modern part of the city centre. Plenty of places (e.g el corte anglais) at walking distance.

Hotel very close to our Granada offices. Therefore a good plce to stay. But being on a privat trip I would not make reservations here. This is a pure business hotel. Located close to the freeway to Malaga.
