It is one of the best hostel/hotel we stayed during our traveling these years. We booked this place after reading many reviews and we were very happy about the choice. The host was extremely helpful by telling you everything you need to enjoy the city like a local, restaurants, bus routes, site-seeing, entertainment, you name it. It saved us lots... More

I cannot fault the Rodri, and after much research into Granada hotels I'm so glad I stayed here. Location is very central - minutes to the main square, cathedral and shops and, if you like a walk like me, 20 mins to the top of the Alhambra. Despite the location, the hotel is incredibly peaceful. The "noise from uni students"... More

The 'Hostal' label and incredibly cheap price made me suspicious, but the rave reviews for this place are well-deserved. Pension Rodri is very simple, but provides everything you need for your visit to Alhambra. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. Location is central but quiet. A parking station is available nearby. And everything was freakishly clean. This is not a... More

While a little difficult to find, we wholeheartedly recommend this hostal. The location is perfect; we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms are squeaky clean as are the bathrooms. Take their recommendations for restaurants - top notch. Will stay here next time we're in Granada.

This hotel/hostel is exactly what is needed for a trip to Granada, where frills are not required as there is so much to do. Excellently located, reasonable, very quiet and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

This must be the best place to stay in Granada. Very clean, still looks brand new. Great position, very helpful owner/manager. All their recommendations were excellent, including a flamenco show. This is the best value hotel we have stayed in ever. Could not recommend it highly enough. This hotel deserves better than 10 out of 10 (not six star, but... More

There is a number of reasons this is rated number 1. I doubt I can list them all. Jose was excellent at the reception desk, drawing an excellent map of highlights and places of interest. The room was excellent, on the third floor, with access to an upper patio. Wifi worked everywhere. Rooms were clean, the Pension is neat, clean... More

Very well appointed hotel, everything was spotless and tasteful. The hotel is very conveniently located, and on a quiet street. The front desk person was extremely helpful in providing some local information. HIghly recommend to anyone visiting Granada!

Centrally located just few steps behind the cathedral. Really nice and helpful reception guy who speaks very good English which is not common in south Spain. He spent quite a while tailoring a guide map for me and recommended some nice places to try. Rooms are kept absolute clean even the shared toilet on the ground floor. Nothing uncomfortable. If... Rodri is either a 2 or 3 out of 5 for us. We just had many better experiences in Andalusia so the bar was very high. The best thing was the price at 39 for a double before Easter this year. The positives: - location away from tourists - clean and bathroom (although tiny) was modern - the staff are... More
