There cannot be many more convenient places to stay for a visit to Granada. Only about 100yds from the Plaza Neuva (where the road up to the Alhambra is) and in the oldest, most authentic street in the whole city. Don't even try and drive anywhere near, take their advice and park in the underground car park near El Corte... More

Irrespective of where you stay in Granada make sure you have a street map aswell as GPS. Their traffic control restricts cars during busy times around the old town, and you may end up driving in circles (like what we did!). The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We were very pleased with our room on the... More

The hotel was beautiful combination of the moorish (around open central courtyard) and modern. Our room was immaculately clean and decorated in simple but high quality Andalusian style and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and booked a trip to the local hammam (only a stones throw away, well worth a visit to unwind after a flight/journey) for... More

This was a very cute hotel with an inner court yard, comfortable beds, and tv with english channels. The breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, bread, jamon serrano, cheese, and fresh fruit. My only complaint would be that my room faced the road and the river (which is little more than a stream) which was very noisy. However, if... More

Great location: right on the river Darro, across from the Alhambra, 3 minutes from the Plaza Nueva, just downhill from the Albaicin and Mirador San Nicolas. It's a boutique hotel, very clean and modern-looking inside, within a well-preserved old building. I was tickled by its theme - a tribute to the poet Juan Ramon Jimenez, with each room being named... At first, this hotel seems great. The common area is very peaceful, the staff are reasonably helpful (but can vary quite a bit), the rooms are clean and quite well-appointed and the hotel is just a few minutes from the main plaza of Granada. The first sign of a problem was that we could hear the maid servicing the room... More

This hotel is in a really good location and the rooms are sparse but very pretty. The room we had was quite expensive but very small and there wasn't much room for us to put our suitcases, so we had to leave them in the bathroom. We were driving in Spain and it wasn't until we had booked and paid... More

This beautiful boutique hotel is very special and unique. It is located on a narrow cobblestone street in the picturesque and historic Albayzin district, on the banks of the Darro river at the foot of the Alhambra. It is a short walk from the downtown location where the airport shuttle drops you off. Even with enormous suitcases, on wheels of... More

Great location, along a narrow street astride the river. Very important--if you stay here do NOT get a room facing the street--it would be noisy, as the street is surprisingly busy. Our room was comfortable, although nothing special. The service could have been better. One of the front desk people was rather unfriendly and unhelpful. If I could I would... More
