El Ladron de Agua is a beautiful place to stay in Granada. locates in heart of city, in a large grand history building. BUT there is no car parking, and the road of entrance is only for taxi & bus. Warm staff help us find nearby parking finally. Anyway, the hotel is really lovely, and restaurant nearly is also delicious!

Unfortunately private cars are not allowed at any of the hotels in this part of the historic city. We pleased that you found other aspect of your stay to be exceptional! Come visit us again.... More

We recently stayed over NY for 4 days arriving NYE. The hotel has a very subtle and almost nondescript front door, plus the street itself is incredibly narrow and only accessible to taxis or foot traffic. Entrance is quite deceiving, once inside the interior seems very modern and chic but then when you get to your room it is quite... More

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Granda. Easy walk to everywhere. Rooms and all amenities are first class and the staff are friendly. I would stay here again if visiting Granada.

We spent 4 nights at El Ladron de Agua, and enjoyed almost every minute of our stay there. The hotel's employees were pleasant and helpful. Our room was excellent with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. The downstairs courtyard was designed in a modern motif which was extremely beautiful. The breakfast room and lounge were also well designed and beautiful.... More

El Ladron de Agua is a very good hotel and is in good location for a visit to the old city of Granada and the Alhambra. But we do not recommend this hotel if you plan to visit with a car. The only parking areas are quite far from the hotel. When we arrived in Granada, I could not locate... More

The access to the old town for private cars is restricted by the city in order to help preserve its historic charm and minimize pollution. We try to make every effort, via our website, to alert guests to this so they can arrange cabs and convenient nearby parking. We are pleased that you were able to resolve this and enjoy... More

The entrance to the hotel is nondescript but when you walk in, you will find friendly reception staff and a charmingly decorated hotel. The rooms had lovely stone floors, wooden beams, and a very comfortable bed. As others have mentioned, the hotel is really in an unbeatable location beside Plaza Nueva. From the plaza, as well as the neighbouring Plaza... More

We only stayed here for one night, but I wish it had been longer. It is literally down the road from the main piazza, but because it is on a side road, you don't hear any of the noise and still feel like you are off the beaten track. The rooms were stunning, with beautiful stone floors. I can confirm... More

We stayed at this quaint hotel in Granada for vacation. The service, room and overall comfort were excellent. Highly recommend it. We stayed at the Generalife room, at the top of the hotel, very nice view of the Alhambra from iur window.

We made a last minute booking as we had tickets for the Alhambra and on arrival at the hotel were given a warm and friendly welcome. This is a lovely hotel, tastefully appointed to show case the history of the building; our room was simple and elegant and the location could not be better in beautiful Granada.

Ladron de Agua is a fantastic, romatic getaway in Granada! The hotel itself is a stone throw from the main plaza, and about 15-20min walk from the entrance of the Alhambra. From the street rooms you have a nice view of the Alhambra. Darro street is very quiet (especially as Spain goes). Of course there will be pedestrians during the... More
