A good hotel with pleasant almosphere, with pleasantly friendly staff. Everything worked flawlessly. Quality stay vs. price is good. Beautiful building itself adds to the good feeling of the hotel. We had a special surprise to wake up in the morning to clatter of hooves under our window! Tens and tens of beautifully dressed riders, in groups of 3-5 on... More

The hotel is very centrally located, very well refurbished and smack in the middle of it all. Take a left out the entrance, walk a block, cross the plaza and you're on the best street for numerous tapas restaurants. Some fo the best tapas in Spain. A bit of something for all tastes. The hotel has free wireless that unlike... More

What a great city! Warm and welcoming with the beautiful snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance. And the NH Victoria is in a perfect location to enjoy everything. Within walking distance of the Cathedral and Royal Chapel as well as many plazas where people gather for food and good company. Did a great walking tour of the city and... More

Excellent location, comfortable room, but not much charm. Mixed reviews on the staff. I thought I had made clear through emails that I was interested in reserving a tour to Alhambra (tours to Alhambra are frequently sold-out), but the hotel made a mistake and my tour was never booked. The lady in the front desk tried to make light of... More

If you wish to be in the heart of Granada then this hotel certainly works. Parking with direct access to the hotel is also helpful and the rate of Euros 20 per day seemed fair enough. Room was fine with a small entrance hall and further door to help keep noise levels down. Balcony is overlooking main street so good... More

We stayed here for 5 days in the week running up to Easter. The location of the hotel was great - we had a wonderful view of all the processions which went on each evening, The desk staff were very helpful with advice on places to visit and advice on obtaining tickets for the Alhambra. We chose to eat breakfast... More

As others have stated location is great and offers easy access to Alhambra through public transport which is 10 min on a bus or taxi, but all the good things about the hotel ends there. If you are driving down to the hotel beware parking is in a public paid parking in the same building...it is expensive at approx 20... More

Good hotel in this well respected chain but excellent city centre location has the obvious issue of noise at night. Staff excellent throughout the hotel, parking is possible though a challenge to get to in the city's system and free wi-fi an expected asset which works well. Good breakfast selection and good bar system gives service. We had an upgrade... More

We stopover in this hotel for 1 night, to explore Alhambra. Location - It's in a fantastic location in city center, Granada is not big anyways. Easy access to train station by cab, cost a few euros incl 2 big luggage. The street was beautiful, and i don't mind noise at night. There're some very nice restaurants near the hotel... More

We could have done with some directions and the car park is not clearly marked and difficult to access but for us it was an essential item. Parking is also expensive. We arrived, relieved to have made it, and thereafter were not disappointed. The hotel is very comfortable and the room suited us admirably. The breakfasts were outstanding and the... More
