Lovely hotel perfectly located in central Granada. The staff were outstanding, even helping my partner locate the backpack she left in the cab that dropped us off. Room was good, only complaint is the noises you can hear from adjoining rooms, if you are stuck next to a 'party room' it would not be good. We loved our stay her,... More

The location of this hotel could not have been better, on the prettiest street in Granada. A stones throw from lots of restaurants, 20 minutes walk from Alhambra (but you can see it from the hotel) and in the beautiful Albaycin district. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was adequate and reasonable price. Courtyard is beautiful. The... More

This small hotel is on a very narrow street next to the river with many restaurants along the street and close to the center of town. Look up and a good view of the Alhambra. You have to walk up stairs to the lobby and the service was not great. Because it is right on the street it can get... More

This little place is close to a lot of sights and restaurants. Walk down a small street along a creek and see old Roman pathways and bridges. Very nice staff and decently quiet room. There was one night when revelers were parading along the street but the windows had shutters which helped.

Driving, or taking a taxi to Carrera del Darro is a five-letter word in English that rhymes with itch. However, when you reach the street, you'll be piqued, with Albayzin's medieval stone-paved streets peeking at you from all corners. When you eventually go up to your room and open the window, that's when you realize you hit the jackpot; it... More

Make sure you are not allocated room 202.Faulty mini-bar caused all lights in room to trip out at 6.30 am and we were left in COMPLETE darkness .The receptionist told us to disconnect the mini-bar which indicates a previous problem. This did not resolve the problem and she did not even have a torch to offer us .The result of having... Even though the staff are extra friendly and I'm sad to be writing a bad review in all honesty I think they deserve it. First the positive: the location is perfect and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Now the negative: I was bitten by a very Wierd looking insect (when I killed it in the morning on the... More

Family of 4 stayed at this gorgeous hotel during a hot August. It's brilliantly located on the Carrera del Darro (romantic street, characterful Flamenco bars and Hammam al Andalus Baths on your doorstep. No breakfast, but rooms are antique-filled, and the top floor (maybe others too) has breathtaking views of the Alhambra if you're on the right side. Staff were... More

We spent five days in the Zaguan del Darro to get to know Granada a little better. The Zaguan is very centrally located just below the Alhambra and some of the rooms have view of the this amazing historical complex. There are countless restaurant to explore in walking distance. The Hotel is very comfortable and each of the rooms has... More

Small hotel with lots of Spanish character. We especially appreciated the quiet, cool, central inner courtyard after a hot day of walking. A little under-staffed but friendly and efficient service. Our room faced a stream and we enjoyed the sound of running water. Very central - taxi rank just down the road and three minutes to Alhambra footpath.
