Well here we are in Granada.....open the window of our room and what do we see...Alhambra. How cool is that. The hotel appears to be family run, somewhat old fashion and dated but there is a charm to that. . You walk one fight up to a courtyard of a reception area. The 2nd floor rooms open onto this courtyard.... More

Cannot fault this charming Hotel right under the walls of the ALHAMBRA Palaces. Quaint room (No. 205) was spotlessley clean and of ample size with a great bathroom. The price of €39 for the double room was excellent for an overnight stay. The staff wer extremely pleasant. Would go again.

This was a great find. The hotel is in a fantastic location - just outside the main city/shopping district at the "start" of the older Albacin district, with its narrow, winding (and steep streets). It's only a few minutes walk to Plaza Nuevo and the main shopping / restaurant area. It's on a one way cobble stoned street, which is... More

Loved this hotel, right below the Alhambra palace and next to the river. The hotel is just up the cobbled street just pass Plaza Nueva. Our room was nice, clean and warm and quirky. The reception is in a covered court yard and is beautiful, just a 2 minute walk into the center and the shops. Would recommend staying there

We loved this hotel. On an interesting old street that runs along the stream at the entrance to the Albacin neighborhood, with Alhambra perched on cliff above. Very quiet, with exception of the white noise of the little river at night...which made for perfect sleeping. Absolutely charming in every way, very reasonably priced and a nice, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.... More

Hotel is in great location next to the river and you can see the Alhambra at the top of the hill. We got a taxi from the main coach station which cost €10 but was worth it in the heat. Hotel has a unique charm to it. Our room was on the top floor, it was basic but clean. There... More

Our trip was beginning of October. When we arrived at this hotel we had been driving most of the afternoon and evening, and on entering the hotel it was so peaceful and we immediately felt calm again. Parking is an issue and we ended of driving around many one way streets before eventually finding a car park. We were exhausted... More

I made a request many months in advance for a room with Alhambra view (more expensive) on a higher floor due to reviews I read about the street noise. Staff were unhelpful, even though the booking was made well in advance, they assigned me a room on the first floor with partial view of the Alhambra, blocked by houses in... More

This hotel was good value for the price, but we found our room to be quite small. My son was driving the day we arrived, and he had a difficult time parking the car as the streets in the old section are very narrow. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was good. Would recommend for cleanliness.

We stayed there 3 nights, and were very comfortable. It was in a wonderful location to visit the old town, the Jewish section, and the Alhambra, it is situated at the base of the Alhambra right along the river. The only thing we found difficult were the flight of stairs from the entrance up to the lobby when we came... More
