The hotel was quite ok, lighting was dim. It had very nice courtyard. Room size was adequate and clean. The hotel was difficult to find, you need a good map! Staff was not very helpful in my opinion. Price was reasonable.

This is my second visit to the Abadia and I still love this charming and traditional little hotel. The location is in a small residential area just off Calle San Juan De Dios but still less than a 10 min walk to the likes of Plaza Neuva and the Cathedral. San Juan De Dios is a lively street with several... More

Stayed here in September this year. Not easy to find by car admittedly, (around a one way area) but once we did it was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Really old Moorish building, our rooms were on a terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard. Staff absolutely splendid. Hotel details did not say that the rooms would have kettle or fridge... More

Rooms to the small street (entrance) are very noisy due to the garage on the other side of the street. Also you can hear everything within the hotel as people who are rolling their suitcases, taking a shower,... Our room was not very clean, there was hair on the floor after the cleaning. Reception is closed during the night. Parking... More

The Hotel is very good located, for example to Alhambra you need only 15-20 minutes by foot. To the city center you are very fast and it is only 9 minutes faraway from the train station of Granada. The only thing is that it is a bit hidden, so it is good to have a map with you. The Hotel... More

When I booked this hotel, 54+ Euro was already charged to my Visa Card upon booking with the remaining 100+Euro uncharged. I arrived at the hotel for check-in on 12 Sept after 6pm. A young man helped me check in. He showed me two credit card receipts of which one was the amount of 54 Euro that had been charged... More

We were not sure what to expect when we walking down the street to the hotel. When you entered the hotel we found a quaint little place, reminds you of a hacienda with it's court yard and decor. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room was a... More

I was unsure what to expect from this hotel given that the price was so low, however upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, featuring a romantic courtyard. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and around 15 minutes walk from... More

The place is beautiful, rooms are big and comfortable. You can walk from it to any part of Granada and still be in a quiet place to rest. Staff is helpful and most of them bilingual. The hotel is cozy and has an inside patio with a fountain, in winter you can use it to keep the wine cool and... More

Given the many negative reviews of this place, some people need to check their expectations when booking a budget hotel. I chose this place based on close proximity to the train station and affordability. I was given a large room overlooking the street. There was no street noise when I stayed there on a weeknight. Everything was clean and the... More
