We had booked this hotel to be close to Alhambra since we were walking. They provided friendly email assistance to not only secure tickets to Alhambra but also directions in planning transit and timing to allow us the quick 2 day turn around in getting in and out of Granada. All planned and excited and my wife breaks a bone... More

Good location. Easy to get to famous Alhambra. Convenient to find restaurants and shops nearby. Especially frondesk young lady is very nice and warm-hearted. She was willing to arrange any scenic spot entrance ticket, bus ticket for guest, and also told me the best restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The staff of this hotel are really friendly, helpful and competent, make you feel welcome and anticipate what you need. For instance, I got a mail from them just before my stay, with info about parking, and when I replied I was coming by bus, they replied with a description on how to get there from the bus station. On... More

We were only her for a quick 2-night stop, but this place is in the perfect location, only about 10 minutes' walk from Al Hambra, and, in the opposite direction, 2 minutes' walk to a plaza full of cafes and restaurants. Our room had a great shower, with high water pressure and plentiful hot water. Manager Carmen was very friendly... More

I have booked this hotel because it was listed as close to the Alhambra but I wouldn't have imagined it was SO close! We got room 401, on the fourth and last floor and was great. Fantastic view (like a penthouse), silent and relaxing. Staff is very very gentle and helpful, wifi is fast and available for free. Once you... More

Surprisingly helpful people, cozy bedroom, good location, amazing view♡ If the elevator connected to the highest floor,or my carrier wasn't that heavy, I would give 5 stars to this place. I spent a great happy time here. And at the taverna they recommended, we could have a delicious meals and the best sangria in Spain. (We went to the restaurant... More

A very good hotel in a great location. Yes our room was a bit small but it was adequate. Some people seem to have unrealistic expectations of large rooms in the centres of old European cities, this is rarely the case. There are many reviews regarding how good the location of the hotel is, I agree. The staff are excellent.... More

The main reason for my trip to Granada was to visit the Alhambra, so this place really fit the bill - about a 15 minute uphill walk. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was small but charming. A nice touch were the free sweets and drink in the sitting room downstairs. Breakfast was adequate... More

Nice little hotel superbly placed for the Alhambra and the Albayzin. Booked late and had very good email communication with the hotel who sent clear directions on how to get your car through the limited access streets of the old town. Parking is in a public car park under a shopping centre about 10 minutes walk away so you need... More

Shortly after booking the room, we received a welcoming email from the hotel with helpful suggestions on visiting the Alhambra. They helped us with tickets, in the course of an evening -- all by email. In person, the front desk was always helpful. This hotel has a great location. Our room looked out over the street: but even on Saturday... More
