A brilliant place to stay in Granada. All the staff were excellent and so very helpful. We walked up the hill to the Justice Gate of the Alhambra - well I was pushed in my hired wheelchair ! A truly memorable visit to Granada three day visit . Many thanks to everyone at Puerta de Las Granadas.

-- Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. -- Complimentary coffee and tea on cold days. -- Location right on the side of the Alhambra hill. Physically, this is a typical quite small European 3-star hotel, but the human/service factors make it special. Don't expect trendy "boutique" flavor; it's not that kind of place at all. It's just a friendly and homey... More

Fantastic place to stay in Granada! We booked a room with a view of the cathedral and got a free upgrade. Carmen on the desk were very helpful with organising our tickets to the Alhambra and a performance of Flamenco. Anna on the desk, helped us to organise and book our further travel arrangments. Heartfelt thanks to these two lovely... More

We spent 1 night over here. The most difficult is to park you car and we choiced the parking next the hotel, roughly 500 m and the hotel has special fees with them, but do not hesitate to contact the hotel, the staff will help you on this point. Then we were warmly welcomed and had nothing to complain about,... More

This hotel is extremely well situated and close to the gate to the Alhambra. We had a very comfortable room on the 4th floor overlooking the Cathedral and the patio. We had lots of windows, a small terrace patio and a comfortable room. The beds were a bit small and hard but the hotel was very quiet and very clean.... More

Puerta de Las Granadas hotel is a small place in old town Granada, and assuming you are planning to visit the Alhambra, you probably couldn't get any closer (outside of the five-star Posada) - it's just just a short walk up the hill from the hotel's entrance. As we saw a lot of people dragging their suitcases through town, an... More

We stayed there for a week, it was awesome! The room is cozy, clean and the staff is SO nice! The breakfast was quite expensive for what you have... We had breakfast there before we discovered Green and Berries! It's a small restaurant in Plaza Nuevia (I think thats how we write it!). You get a breafast smoothie (they are... More

My parents visited this hotel in August this year, after we recommended it to them (we visited a couple of years ago). The staff at this hotel are fantastic, they helped my parents out, printing out some documents for them, sorting out their Alhambra tickets and also letting me know that they had arrived/departed safely. We have travelled extensively and... More

My friend and I selected this hotel because it was very close to the Alhambra. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast (for an additional charge) was adequate. Dear Guest: Thank you for your comments .We really appreciate your words and your opinion in TripAdvisor.
