If there is a hotel room in Granada with a better view than room 401 of Hotel Puerta de Las Granadas, I would be amazed. Open the curtain and you are looking straight at the Alhambra. Room 401 is small and quite basic – tiny bathroom, tiny TV, no cupboards – but what a view. The lift only goes to... More

We stayed in this hotel back in January and really enjoyed our stay. The thing that most stood out to me was the excellent service. Our airline ended up losing our luggage and the staff was very helpful in allowing me to make free calls to them to follow up what was happening. Many months after our holiday was over,... More

I recently visited Granada. I had requested a Cathedral view and paid extra for this. The hotel is located in a great location. However, upon my arrival to the hotel, I knew something was off. As I struggled to open the door and get my suitcase through, the man at the reception desk didn't even look up...I was the only... More

We stay in this hotel for 2 days. It's located in a strategic position to visit the Alhambra (10 minutes walking), the Albayzin and the city center too. The room was very small but nice and confortable. There's a small nice patio inside where you can have breakfast (you can also buy something to eat and have your own breakfast... More

This hotel is a real gem. It's on the road that leads to the Alhambra entrance and convenient to all the area attractions and restaurants/tapas bars. Our room had plenty of natural light. The furnishing were modern and attractive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of foods.

Because of the amazing online reviews we saw before arriving, we were left disappointed. Granted, the location was excellent, our room did utilize the limited space well and the hotel staff were excellent. However, the beds and pillows were impossibly hard, our air conditioning did not work, and the walls were paper thin. Between hearing the late night revellers (until... More

This hotel is well located, close to the Alhambra and easy access to Alcaicin. You can walk to many different restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the air conditioning didn't cool our room that well. Overall a great place to stay in Granada.

We stayed at the Puerta de Las Granadas for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The location was fantastic - only a short walk to the Alhambra. We stayed in the Alhambra Viewpoint and Cathedral Viewpoint rooms and both were fantastic. There is a small terrace between them. Parking is a bit far, but you can... More

This hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was extremely helpful--they provided maps, gave us info on buses to Mirador San Nicolas and the train station, and helped us to get some laundry done on short notice. The room was... More

Friendly staff. Great location below Alhambra. Old building so Americans used to large rooms may be unhappy but fine for us. Close to a good selection of bars and restaurants. Lift does not reach top floor so you trade a good veiw for struggling with luggage.
