My family and I (2 adults and 2 boys ages 6 and 8) actually only stayed at Casa Bombo because there was nothing else available during the Semana Santa week. However, it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Casa Bombo faces the Alhambra and has amazing views of it from nearly every room. The location is perfect, right smack... More

We stayed at Casa bombo for a night after a long read of the comments of other visitors. The construction works, described by 2013 visitors , has pretty much ended and we mannaged a to take a decent nap at midday. The staff was as friendly as can be, with great tips on where to eat and where to get... More

A group of us booked the whole place out. Great facilities, great staff, great location. It couldn't have worked out better. The views across to the alhambra take some beating and the cobbled streets around the hostel really make you feel like you're on holiday

We stayed at Casa Bombo for 4 nights back in Oct 2013, all of which were totally chilled out. The staff were incredibly friendly taking time to chat and advise on places to go and things to do. Each night the staff prepared and served up a home cooked meal which was amazing value and always tasted fab. The house... More

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and outgoing; It really felt like a home away from home. Rooms were clean and the views of the Alhambra were stunning. One of the nicest hostels I stayed in whilst backpacking through Europe!

I took a while deciding which property to spend my Granada family weekend in. BOOKING.COM DON'T publish any extremely negative views you may write which makes it totally impossible to compare hotels or their webpage. Casa Bombo had 9.2 points which made it one of the most interesting properties in Granada. How WRONG is that ! I was deciding between... More

I wish I could give a better review because this place does have a lot going for it, location, views, and the building itself were all great. However, I feel like this place has a little bit of an identity crisis. They are charging prices that would make you expect a little more service than a traditional "backpacking hostel", but... More
