I mistakenly booked this B&B instead of a hostel. With that said, this place was very quiet and quite nice. It has a great view of Alhambra (historic castle on the hillside) and is a 6 minute walk into town where all the restaurants and shops are. The host was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately she didn't have any more... More

Sweet Albayzin is a small, quaint hostel that is close to all the buzz in Granada yet quiet for sleeping. It's homely atmosphere and beautiful cozy rooms are always clean and the place is extremely safe! Lidia is an excellent host and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast there, and complimentary tea and coffee... More

We are backpackers and went to the sweet albayzin for 2 nights. It's true that Lidia (the receptionist) is very friendly and helpfull. She knows a little bit of english and she takes english courses. The place is lovely and quiet. Very good location, a 20 minutes walk from Alhambra. But you have no comfort if I have to quot... More

Ordered a stay at sweet albayzin for myself and 3 friends through hostelworld and ordered 2 twin rooms. When we arrived told the 4 of us were in a 6 bed dorm but we would have it to ourselves. On the 5th night they say we need to put someone else in the room for 1 night, lied through their... More

We stayed here for one night on June 27. Sweet Albayzin is definitely a "guesthouse" run by a nice young woman who cares for the rooms and property. Though the room was small, it had a cozy, warm feel and it was well maintained. The bathroom was shared, and not super clean, but it did the job. The guesthouse is... More

We felt extremely welcome at this tiny, but cosy B&B in Granada's old town. The owner looks after her guests very well, providing a nice breakfast and information about the city. The room was small, but the beds comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Bars are right at the doorstep with a wonderful view of the Alhambra! Beware though: the... More

A renovated home converted to B&B right in the Albayzin. Very beautiful place. Very limited rooms, so not crowded with people. I booked a single deluxe room for myself (25 euros/night). It was the best accommodation experience in my travels through France and Spain (hostels and B&Bs). Pros: * Beautiful cozy place - High quality linen, bed, pillow - Towels... More

Stayed here with a friend recently and would definitely stay again. Could see the Alhambra from our room's balconette and also from the roof top terrace. Very quiet b&b/hostel but was in such a good area. Very very clean and tidy. Rooms were decorated so cute. Also had air conditioning! So close to Plaza Nueva (maybe 5/10 min walk), to... More
