I was a bit disappointed when I arrived at this hotel. My room was very dark and heavy. Room needed an overhaul to make it a bit more attractive to guests. But it seemed clean enough though. Staff did not speak any English at all but we managed to do everything we needed in "spanish/english" gestures :) The stay was... More

Stayed here one night while exploring the city. The location is superb. In front of El Corte Ingles, short walk from the old Quarters and a bit further you have The Alhambra. Rooms were old but very clean. Service was very friendly, no difference was it day or in the middle of the night. The breakfast was served in the... More

Be very careful when using booking.com for Granada, Nicaragua as the menu rolls into Granada, Spain with little to no warning. I booked two rooms for three nights and left Central America contact information. In spite of it being impossible to arrive in adequate time my reservation was listed as "no-show" and when I realized the error wrote booking.com immediately.... More

Great location and low price are huge advantages for this hotel. Location is quite noisy but it does not seem to be better anywhere else in Grenada If you can, ask to get your breakfast at the Carmen Hotel. Montercarlo's breakfast is quite poor !! For that price ( a triple room for 30 EUR a day ) it would... More

Room was cramped, bathroom dirty and took forever for the toilet to flush. The walls are paper thin and the front desk staff did nothing when I complained. The breakfast was basic and expensive. No pool. Wifi only worked in the lobby. TV did not work and was laughably small. Someone else in my group had bedbug bites the next... More

I would have never booked a hotel here but our travel agent did and I had to simply leave. The room was awful, a TV that is only for sale as an antique. Very basic! But what troubled me was the noise and the bugs... The truth is I have very little to compare with because I never stay in... More

Great location and low price are a huge advantage of this hotel. It's clean, the staff is correct, breakfast is modest but fresh and good. For that price it would be ungrateful to ask for a feast. Although, the next morning, due to some failure, we got a feast for breakfast because they sent us to next door hotel. The... More

We stayed for one night here during the Holy Week festivities and found that it was excellent value and position for a city centre night stop. Good position, good transport connections, helpful staff, good price. Not a place pretending any luxury, the rooms were quite small and basic but as a place to stop over you can't fault the value.

My friends & I accidentally slept an hour past check out time! Whoops-- but the staff was really nice about it & didn't charge us extra or anything & helped us find a cab & gave us directions! Great place.

This hotel is ok located! My friends stayed in a different hotel, paid the same, and it was owesome. The floor was dirty and they didn't cleaned it. The first day the breackfast was bread, butter and jelly. On the second day, they added ham and cheese, which was cool!!! The decoration it' s very old, so if you care... More
