Centrally located hotel. Poor wifi reception in the room that I got. Also, the floor in my room was filthy with a lot of dirt and hair. Make sure you have your own slipper. I am not sure if other rooms are the same condition. Less choices for breakfast than other hotels. Whenever some flushes the toilet, you can hear... More

The room was very small and basic. Although there were no smoking signs on the front door there was a smell of tobacco smoke in the corridors. The reception staff were pleasant enough and we didn't go to the bar or restaurant.

We too were on a Cosmos tour and as hard as the staff tried it just isn't built for tour groups. The location is fine but the elevators barely hold 4 people and are too slow for groups. Cosmos said they just changed to this hotel after "problems" with their last one. The bathroom sink had a leak causing puddles... More

Stayed 2 nights on a Cosmos tour. The evening buffet food was cold on both nights even the night we ate at first sitting. The rooms were clean and fine and the location perfect for walking around the city.

Stayed here for one night as part of a Cosmos tour. Hotel's in a pretty good location within easy walking distance of some good restaurants and bars along the Plaza Major. Room was on the small side but the air con worked ok and at least it was clean. Despite having a large influx of English speaking guests, there was... More

This Hotel is somewhat outside the city center but still within walking distance. It is a quite place and with good space and bathroom. All very clean. Service was good and the breakfast buffet included in the room rate was good. I certainly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Granada for a couple of days.

It was a bad experience to stay in this hotel. It was so cold in the room although the air conditioner was open. I informed the reception but nothing changed. The blanket was disgusting. Breakfast was average. Staff was not so kind. Try somewhere else.

We spend in this hotel 5 days and we enjoyed it a lot. It is really in the center of Granada and you can reach all the interesting places by walking. The attention of the staff is very good, they helped us at any hour with everything. The breakfast is better than I used to get in other hotels. The... More

Unhelpful and unaccommodating reception staff, grim location, bedroom not double as specifically requested, bathroom has a stench of sewer with open stinking waste pipes next to the loo, bed and furniture in shabby state of repair, view of brick wall from window. Oh and I would have mentioned these items to the reception desk however they prefer to have a... More

My family and I stayed in this hotel for one night during a Cosmos tour. It was an adequate, no frills hotel. It was noisy at night with young people (perhaps students in the universities in the area) shouting on the street fronting our room. Breakfast was so-so.
