Stayed here for 1 night on the above tour. The room was small, but clean, adequate toiletries, but the towels were a bit thin. The evening meal was a buffet for which we had to queue for about 20 mins. There was no complimentary water on the table, you had to join another queue at a separate bar for this.

The hotel seemed a little old. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was small, but cute. It seemed clean until I got in the shower and it appeared it had not been cleaned. The walk to the center of town wasn't too bad either. There's a little convenience store next door that was nice to stop in and... More

Hotel is OK a little bit far form all main attractions , I am used to stay in the middle of the old town or close to main things to see 10 min walk to cathedral and all the main things , if you don,t mind the walk you can save few euros , There is a restaurant across the... More

During a recent tour of Spain - a different hotel most nights - many blend into one another, but I have two vivid recollections of the Hotel Don Juan: 1) The most cramped bathroom I have ever seen. It was a struggle to get past the door without whacking yourself on the sink. How larger built guests manage, I can't... More

This place had a decent location, not too far from the busy center of the city, but was a bit drab and plain. The internet speed was terrible. The rooms were plain with very little in the way of amenities. The breakfasts were edible but drab, machine made coffee, stale bread and tang like juices. The beds weren't that comfortable.... More

Centrally located hotel. Poor wifi reception in the room that I got. Also, the floor in my room was filthy with a lot of dirt and hair. Make sure you have your own slipper. I am not sure if other rooms are the same condition. Less choices for breakfast than other hotels. Whenever some flushes the toilet, you can hear... More

The room was very small and basic. Although there were no smoking signs on the front door there was a smell of tobacco smoke in the corridors. The reception staff were pleasant enough and we didn't go to the bar or restaurant.

We too were on a Cosmos tour and as hard as the staff tried it just isn't built for tour groups. The location is fine but the elevators barely hold 4 people and are too slow for groups. Cosmos said they just changed to this hotel after "problems" with their last one. The bathroom sink had a leak causing puddles... More

Stayed 2 nights on a Cosmos tour. The evening buffet food was cold on both nights even the night we ate at first sitting. The rooms were clean and fine and the location perfect for walking around the city.

Stayed here for one night as part of a Cosmos tour. Hotel's in a pretty good location within easy walking distance of some good restaurants and bars along the Plaza Major. Room was on the small side but the air con worked ok and at least it was clean. Despite having a large influx of English speaking guests, there was... More
