Agreeing with all the other reviews,, the hotel definitely needs to be updated. It's clean, but old. In addition, the walls must be paper thin as someone was sick on our floor and everyone swore they were in the room next door. It's not possible for the person to be in the room next door to 10 other people. For... More

I stayed there for just 1 night. Our room was old with a big balcony faced the Alhambra. We asked for hot water and the front desk staff said it's free. Eventually the room service brought up the hotel water with a 2 euro bill. Obviously, they have a different interpretation on "free".

Located a 20 minute walk to the old town. Very clean rooms but very dated in what must be the ugliest building in Granada. The hotel rooms are located on floors 11 and above. One side of the hotel overlooks the mountains and Alhambra and the views are stunning from the rooms on this side. The other side overlooks the... More

Hotel is well located if you are driving around the area as not too stuck in the small streets and with car access. Internet a real issue we had to go to the restaurant next door. Food ok in the restaurant and rooms variable - some with great balconies others quite small. Overall a good, practical and nice hotel.

This is most definitely not a four star hotel. I'm not sure who gives out the ratings but they must have had a drink when they rated this place. The room was tired with very old furniture and fittings, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and there was stains around the inside top of the bidet, only visible from... More

Little did we know that being in Granada for a few days would be so interesting. We arrived and realized our room would be overlooking the promenade where the Easter week processions would be held. The hotel was clean and even fairly quiet considering the processions. We had tapis several times just outside the hotel. Yummy. Good breakfast. The food... More

Just when you enter you can smell the luxury of the hotel. Nice linen, towels, good heating, comfy beds, friendly staff. Nice service - to park your car! They have sauna and it was great to use it after all day walking in Alhambra. Location is very good - walking distance to all tourist sights. Soundproof not very good, but... More

Old fashioned hotel, but clean and tidy. Rooms lack powerplugs and the internet connection is a complete disaster. Free internet is so slow it is not even possible to send e-mail. Paying (expensive!) does speed it up, but it is still unusable for sending anything. The pricing is ridiculous for such bad internet. Airco was broken in the room and... More

It's ok. Clean? Yes. Breakfast? Very good. Rooms? Dull but acceptable - and I had a wonderful view from 1432 on the 14th floor. Location? Pretty good. But the internet connection is TERRIBLE. In fact, it's a bit of a con. The first 24 hours are free - and slow as a snail on valium. Then you pay and it... More

The hotel is located a few steps from the Corte Ingles and within 5-10 minutes walking to many great restaurants and tapa bars; as well as the Albaysin area and Arab markets. Because the walls of the rooms are so thin, I cannot give this hotel a 4 star rating. Noises in neighboring rooms are not muted at all.... Also... More
