I wish I could say the same than the first time I was in the hotel a few years ago but something has clearly changed. The location is fantastic, clean, beautiful and comfortable but the hotel is clearly understaffed and it shows even with the huge effort the employees put into it. A good example was the breakfast where only... More

We had stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very central and extremely convenient for sightseeing. The hotel interior is beautiful. And that is it. The room furniture was old, especially the bed (superior room). The wi-fi was not working properly in the room, so we were sitting in the lobby with our laptops/iPads. Our room was quite noisy,... Superb location in the heart of Granada making it a joy to walk this fabulous town. A charming lobby, good sized rooms, great bathrooms and all spotlessly clean. It's also lovely and quiet, with excellent service and well priced, making it a terrific hotel and well worth staying here.

Simply a must stay place. Underground parking ( if you are brave to take on the narrow streets great advice given here), friendly professional staff, great rooms and location ( easy walking) . Great value for money.

What a charming hotel in ever-charming Granada, especially after a long day of walking through the old town or the Alhambra, cathedral or museums. It's old and beautiful with large bathrooms, and wonderfully comfortable beds. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but extensive in its offerings of fruit, breads, eggs and juices. The staff is multilingual and helpful with suggestions,... More

Granada is a city of one-way streets and pedestrian walkways and it can be difficult to find your way around if your don't have good directions. Luckily the hotel Hosperia provided excellent directions which we followed to the letter - just as well as our Sat Nav told us we had reached our destination when we were sitting at traffic... More

In the very centre of the city it could be difficult to find by car, but the hotel sent fantastic directions to get there and with these and our sat nav we had no problems. A modern hotel with traditional furnishings. We did not eat in the hotel there is a good choice of restaurants locally. Staff at the hotel... More

Good place in Granada (center of town). Granada - exellent city and from this hotel you can go in many places. You must visit Al Hambra and Flamenco. Hesperia Granada - good quality place for travellers.

Though tricky to find if you follow the hotel directions exactly you will get there. It was however well worth this slight inconvenience as the hotel location is excellent. Parking is an added bonus as I wouldn't have liked to find parking on the streets of Granada. The hotel was very clean and the building was lovely quite quaint. We... More

The hotel provide you with brilliant instructions for the hotel parking, including photos and clear descriptions. This made a great start to our stay as without hotel parking a car in Granada would be a nightmare. A great central location, yet tucked back off the main thoroughfare so is relatively quiet. We went for a superior room which faced the... More
