My wife and I stayed at the Casa 1800 Granada four nights. The best attribute of this hotel is the location. It is in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions. Taxis are nearby. Good restaurants are also close by. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Checking in and out, they carried our... More

Delightful small hotel full of historic character. Interesting layout, with many of the rooms (including ours) looking onto a central square lobby featuring a fountain and a retractable roof. Roof was opened for breakfast and at night, but covered during the brutal summer midday. Made a point of going up to the top (3rd floor) to look at the amazing... More

We stayed here two nights in room 14. The hotel is tucked out of the way up a couple alley ways but just a one minute walk from Plaza Nueva. Rooms are all different, ours had a window in the bedroom and in the bath looking out on light wells; friends had a room that looked down into the central... More

Passed this hotel and on the off chance they had a room. The first night we were given the royal suite for a steal. Extraordinary experience. The next couple of days we stayed in the junior suite which was lovely, overlooking a beautiful courtyard. My only complaint, which is across the board in Spanish hotels, is their overuse of chemical... More

Friendly and attentive staff, very clean and comfortable rooms..cool decor and good quality food along with other necessities. Nestling in the heart of the plaza nueva..little else to say, other than go and stay!

Very helpful staff and a quiet and comfortable stay in a perfect location to explore the old town of Granada and arrange a visit to the Alhambra. Lovely old restored mansion with all modern room facilities. We had a very nice stay.

We just returned from a 2 week trip in Spain and have to say the Hotel Casa 1800 in Granada topped our list. From the first interaction of booking, right through our departure we loved every part of our stay. The staff were genuinely helpful and interested in making our stay a special one. It couldn't be located in a... More

Really nice hotel. Staff were helpful and the rooms were well appointed. Breakfast was overpriced, but had a good spread. Will repeat if we are back. Rooms had everything from tooth brush and a shaving kit to a bath robe and flip flops. One of the best value hotel deals we've purchased as well.

Stayed with wife and sister-in-laws last week at Casa 1800. Had superior rooms. Rooms small but very nice, no major complaints. Walk to plaza nueva pulling a suitcase less than 5 minutes. Staff courteous but not very helpful. They were able to sell us flamenco tickets and help with directions but that was about it. I donot want to be... More

Easy walking to most sight/points of interest in Granada, restaurants and bars. A taxi can bring you to within a very do-able 2.5 block walk to the hotel. Common lounges are open and airy. The staff is exceptional in their knowledge and willingness to do whatever it takes to help you with your desired activities. Afternoon tea is delicious and... More
