Nestled in the middle of the Alhambra, the Parador is a stunning property. An oasis of calm and absolute beauty. We spent two nights there enjoying the place, great food in the restaurant. Anyone who can afford the price, should try it. Expensive, but worth every penny.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights starting May 16th. We were in a superior double with breakfast included. The room was on the first floor overlooking the terrace and the beautiful views beyond. The hotel has a limited supply of full Alhambra admission tickets and when we arrived they had tickets available for the next morning. They... More

We stayed in the Parador de Granada for two nights in May to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. What a magical experience it was, one that far exceeded our expectations. Set in the grounds of the Alhambra Palace this accommodation offers discreet luxury with stunning surroundings. We had a superior twin room, half board located in what was the bell... More

Similar to the Sheraton in Iguazu Falls, Argentina, this amazing Parador is situated right inside the Alhambra Palace for which you find yourself in Granada. It is a perfect hotel that quickly makes you feel right at home. Intimate, clean and cozy. The service is excellent, helpful yet unobtrusive, with much attention to details. Our room was medium size with... More

The staff told us we were staying in the very best room in the Parador, number 304, the physically highest room in the hotel. It is actually a split level suite with the living area and bath on the first floor and the sleeping area on the second. The space has maybe six or so "concubine" privacy windows which really... We were delighted by our stay at the Parador de Granada within The Alhambra in Grenada. Created in a convent near the Nasrid Palaces and across from the Generalife, the Parador is a very comfortable hotel with accommodating staff. The restaurant was excellent, and served regional cuisine. Reserve ahead, as demand is high.

This parador is beautiful with an outstanding location which is unrivaled. Staff are excellent and the food and service far exceed those in Toledo. The courtyards and grounds are exquisite. Initially we were given room 209 which is wrapped around the elevator in a U shape. I have never seen a room like this before. We asked to move after... More

Stayed here for 3 nights last week in room 301 which was perfect, with a view of Generalife gardens. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only criticism I can make is that the shower floor is lethal! It is quite dark and you need to be in the shower to see how to work it. (It has... More

This was our penultimate stop in our touring southern Spain Holiday. We chose to stay at the Parador for easy access to The Alhambra and it was worth it. To be able to be at the entrance at 8.30am was excellent. The hotel staff were very helpful and our room had a wonderful view of the Generalife gardens. The peace... More

Having decided to visit alhambra, the decision on hotel left no contest. The parador is in alhambra, the convent converted into a luxury hotel. On arrival, we were met and offered a better room than the one we booked, it felt like the staff were waiting for us. So unusual and unexpected. Getting there is a little mind boggling, twisty,...
