The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located to walk to everything, spotless, and has a helpful desk staff! The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the hours generous. We had an Alhambra view, and it was a lovely addition to the spacious, comfortable room. We would stay here again if we revisit Granada.

perfect location in a quiet square in the charming old quarter. quiet, clean and full of character. convenient location for walking to Alhambra. Very nice and knowledgeable hotel staff. we were upgraded to a nicer room. The room was large and nicely furnished, not fancy but clean and understated. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet.

In the Albaycin section of Granada, the old Arab quarters and most beautiful side of town. Make sure you request a room with a view of The Alhambra, which we got. It is spectacular at sunrise and illuminated at night. The room was fairly large and clean with a nice bed for two: what they call "cama matrimonial" or marital... More

Fantastic family room ! Amazing tranquil hotel in a fabulous location. Plentiful breakfast buffet style. Lovely friendly staff. Didn't get much sleep thanks to noisy inconsiderate people in room 25 next door. Only gripe is that hotel staff were adamant that we would be unable to visit Alahmbra Palace during our stay as tickets all sold - 2 different members... More

Perfect hotel for our stay in Granada. We had room 11 right on the top floor up very steep stairs but with a fabulous view of Alhambra . Room small but well appointed comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent breakfasts. The staff offered us a change to a room with acces to a lift but we preferred... More

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! My husband is 6'6", so we are always thrilled to find a true king bed. We had a view of the Alhambra, which was stunning. Our room was well-equipped, especially the bathroom. So nice to actually have a bidet. Cannot complain about one thing. Would definitely stay again. Truly outstanding front desk staff. Take their... I loved the location of this hotel, rooms were nice and clean. The day time receptionist, I'm embarrassed to say I forgot her name, was a delight and extremely helpful. It's about a 20 min walk to Alhambra and the hotel helped me with my reservation for Alhambra. My one and only complaint is that the nighttime receptionist wasn't very... More

If you like charm and old world quaint style, you'll love this hotel. It's adorable with all its nooks and crannies! but it's not for everyone. No lift, so if you have trouble walking up stairs - (and they are steep steps) - you'll have a hard time. (They will carry your luggage for you, though). Once you arrive in... More

The hotel is located in the ancient Jewish quarter. Very quiet in the morning, the birds are singing. Some of the rooms of the Alhambra fortress is visible. It is a 10 minute distance. Rooms comfortable, in the old Arabic fashion style. Our room had two rooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The staff of the hotel... More

We stayed in this lovely Hotel for 3 nights, the staff were extremely helpful and informative, they arranged tickets for Alhambra. The room (10) was spacious with amazing views of the Alhambra! Bed was comfortable, excellent time had, I'd highly recommend it.
