We stayed three nights our room was really large and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an ideal location within the Arab quarter and very close to many restaurants, tapas bars and historical sites. We had a nice view of the Alhambra from our window.

Having stayed at the Parador de Granada the day before it's a bit unfair to do a comparison but this was a quaint old style hotel in a good location but not great if you were in a car. However, it is in a good location for the centre of the city and has plenty of nice restaurants and bars... More

This was my 3 time in Granada, the other 2 hotels where I stayed before were nice but nothing compare to this one. as soon as you entere you get amazed by the beauty of the place. The staff was profesional and friendly, they really make you feel comfortable. They understand what hospitality means and make you feel it. The... More

A wonderful hotel in the historical centre with the modern facilities is situated in the palace which was built in 1520. When we arrived we were upgraded. It was a great surprise for us and we had a great pleasure. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A lot of a great monuments, temples, cathidrels and restaurants are situated very... More

We booked this hotel as we liked the idea of an older character hotel. We were not disappointed. The hotel itself is in a good location central to the town and The Alhambra. The rooms and hotel are very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They pre-booked our Alhambra tickets in advance for us which was excellent.... More

This is a nice choice for a stay in Granada. The location is great but not easy to find. Park at one of two parking garages they recommend and take a taxi to the hotel (they reimburse the cost). Otherwise, you can end up on pedestrian roads or worse, alleys where your car can get stuck. Once at the hotel,... More

Great location, in the centre of town close walk to almost everything and under the Alhramba. Friendly and helpful staff. When we told them the beds were a bit hard they moved us to rooms with softer beds.Beautiful old building. Nice rooms, very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast, though the rest of the family not so much.

Lovely hotel under the shadow of Alhambra, with very sweet natured, kind and helpful staff. The main section has benches with views of Alhambra, and great light in the afternoons. Try going to the Hammam over the river opposite as well.

The hotel has the feel of an old Spanish inn. The rooms are grouped around two courtyards and contrary to what a previous reviewer said, there is an elevator for the larger courtyard. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. They will book your Alhambra tickets in advance for you if you ask. The hotel is perfectly located... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. What a delightful place if you like small charming unusual places to stay. It's a old historic kind of place but not truly a historic building, done the old style, with beautiful murals, and setting. Nice and clean place with very friendly staff. Only downside is the access to the building, you... More
