I had a lovely time staying at this hotel in the historic old part of Granada. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe and the reception staff were kind and helpful. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on it, but there was a vending machine in the corridor that... The hotel is housed in a lovely XVI cent. buiding beautifully restored just at the beginning of the Albacyn, the old quarter of Granada and it is full of charme. It is ideal to visit the Alahambra, about 20 minutes walking distance and also to visit Albacyn and Sacromonte, the city centre is also very close. Rooms are very spacious with a... More

We stayed in the family room last December for night. The kids slept in a loft. Room does not seem upgraded in terms of bed and bathrooms. The Hotel Location is close walking distance from Plaza Nuevo and close to river. The taxi stops on the main road by the river and it is several flights of stairs with luggage... More

we spent some nice and interesting days in Granada in March last year.We are very glad and pleased to have chosen Palacio Santa Ines for accomodation. It`s very central and was quiet, a few steps from river Darro and near Alhambra. We started with a good breakfast and it was fascinating to discover Albayzin. Many other interesting places, restaurants, shops,... More

Had a fantastic stay here. The staff desk was helpful in advising us where to go eat & offered to help us book some trips. The breakfast was delicious & the lovely cleaning lady was really kind & helpful. Our room was spacious, a large pillow selection (never had this luxury before!). Location was also fantastic!

Its hard to add more compliments to those already written. We had a great stay and particularly appreciated one of the staff obtaining Alahmbra entrance vouchers for us when I had been unable to use my Australian credit card. Very highly recommended.

So close to everything and easy to find, just a few steps up from the river. A few blocks from plaza Nuevo. Beautiful interior. Excellent staff. Very clean. Unique. Great rooms for the price. We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave.

We spent a very happy weekend staying here in January 2015. The hotel has great atmosphere and charm and is well placed for visiting the Alhambra and for spending time getting to know the city. Rooms were spacious and warm and beds comfortable. We followed the hotel's suggestion regarding parking which worked fine, just remember their directions assume you have... More
