I reserved a family size room because we were traveling with our 2 children. The room was huge.. it actually had 2 bathrooms and 2 separate sleeping areas. The hotel was very clean and they provided tons of travel size toiletry items inside the room. The interior design of the hotel room and the lobby were both beautiful. There was... More

This was our second visit. It was even better than the first time. Excellent location with views of the Alhambra, very atmospheric especially at night. Very helpful staff. nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect and spotlessly clean. Get the bus (the green bus is fun) up to Sacramento, beautiful views, nice bars and restaurants

The hotel has a lot of character and has been well-kept. We felt like we had traveled back in time. It is located 1 flight up from the river directly across from the Alhambra. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions, recommending places to eat and getting us reservations.

The location in the historical Albayzin, facing Alhambra couldn't be better. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere, with old frescoes in the lobby. It's not luxury but has character. We travelled with small children, and they really loved the 2-storied room we had. The reception staff was very helpful. Great quality/price ratio and we would definitely stay here again.

I will get the bad news out first. If you are driving by car- the directions they give you to park at the garage are not great and driving in Granada is very messy- a lot of traffic!!! The hotel is at the corner of the Albyzin--so you are in the old arab quarter which is great. easy to find... More

My experience at Palacio de Santa Ines was superb. Reception was cordial and professional and the room was very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just off the Paseo de los Tristes, and just a couple of minutes' walk from Plaza Nueva and all the yummy eateries in Calle Elvira. Don't forget to visit the historic bañuelos árabes (bathhouse) just a... More

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. Room 10 was fantastic. It's very quiet and has a sitting room with a wall of windows that looks onto the Alhambra. It is ideally located a short walk from Plaza Nueva and there are a number of small bars and restaurants a few steps away.

We stayed in room 25. Our 2 kids had 2 beds up in a loft, our bed below was great, we had a view of the Alhambra, staff nice, spoke English, booked Alhambra for us. The location is just where you want to be. I'd skip breakfast for the price. Great choice -would stay again for sure.

We stayed at this hotel for only one night, but wished we had booked for longer. The staff were very helpful, especially Vanessa. From check-in help with our luggage to booking a flamenco show, and directions-- the staff was excellent. And our room, #10, was so beautiful. We had a sitting room that overlooked the Alhambra, and the view made... More

We recently enjoyed 3 nights in this hotel which was wonderful.it is definitely in the best part of town and perfectly situated for Alhambra . The staff could not have been more helpful and they were so nice. We had a superior double room, room no2, which was absolutely beautiful, having been the dining room of the original palace. We...
