Located at the bottom of the old town, in a quiet pedestrian area close to several restaurants and attractions. The bus stop to the Alhambra is ~10min walk. The hotel is the result of a renovation of a medieval building and some rooms are somewhat too small. We tried a double room with baby bed and we felt rather squeezed.... More

Stayed mid November 2011 on our second stop during our Spain Exploration trip. Love the quaint feel and the courtyard in the middle of the building. When we checked in, one of the rooms was not ready so we went out to lunch in town first. When we finally got the room on the second floor, the balcony had the... More

This is a really beautiful hotel in a good location in Granada, but it could have been so much better if the staff had been a bit more engaged and it hadn't felt so lifeless. The reception staff weren't unhelpful, but compared with some of the really excellent boutique hotels we've stayed in, they didn't really volunteer any extra information... More

A splendid location in the Albayzin at the foot of the path up to the Alhambra or a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Catedral. Wonderfully helpful staff, a good breakfast and easy, free computer access. It is an old house with rooms opening onto a courtyard with fountain. Our room was very comfortable. Driving to it... More

We stayed here in April 2012, it's a lovely building, the rooms are very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. It's also near a shortcut to the Alahambra. They offer breakfast at a very reasonable price and free parking. We really enjoyed our stay there. More

Casa Morisca is indeed a challenge to reach by car, but if one is visiting villages or the country side, it is still for many the most adequate means of transportation. And one can only be delighted when reaching destination. There is parking in front of the hotel, and unlike many Andalusian (or European cities) it is free of charge.... More

Great location opposite the Alhambra and in part of the old town - Albacin. Our room was small but v quaint. From the bathroom we had a view of the Alhambra. There was a kettle and t bags - a bonus in a European hotel. The pillows on the bed were absolutely divine. We were on the second floor and... More

Small and beautifull. Clean. Classical Andalusia and Moorish Spain. Sunny viewfilled balcony. Perfect location. Filling and fresh breakfeast. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and the people very helpful. Each of my questions, and there were many, where answere very well. More

The location of this hotel can,t be beat, it is in the historic lower district of the Albaicin, an easy walk up to the plaza St Nicholas and views of the Alhumbra. It is also minutes from the Plaza Nueva and looks up at the Alhumbra. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities but we found them small and We... More

Service: most important outside of the comfort of the bed. Front desk was challenged with English, and while I will not fault them for their abilities, out of two weeks in Spain, this hotel gave the least amount of effort. They were not rude by any means but not outgoing like 99% of all other locals we encountered. Hotel comfort:... More
