We stayed in this charming traditional local hotel which is situated very close to the Alhambra Palace in Granada with space for our car right outside of the hotel in the small side street. Our room was spotlessly clean and had wonderful bed linen and towels. Buffet breakfast was extra and was it very nice. I would recommend this hotel... More

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Morisca for our wedding anniversary in early October. We drove from our house in Mojacar, about 2 hours away. Although we booked months in advance the deluxe rooms were gone and we had room no 1 on the ground floor next to the main entrance and looking out onto the street. The room was... More

This is the most expensive hotel where we stayed during a 10-day visit to Spain. We booked the hotel because of its intriguing Moorish decor and its great location just below the imposing walls and towers of the Alhambra. We were not disappointed. Where else can you open ancient, four-sectioned double doors next to the bed and lie there at... More

Granada was our last stop on a 2 week trip to Spain and we saved the best for last. Case Morisca is a beautiful place, all details are covered, staff is very attentive and helpful. Location is good--not in the center of the action, but easily accessible on foot to Plaza Nueva, Estrellas de San Nicolas and the Al Hambra.... More

We stayed for two nights in June having previously stayed here two years ago. The hotel is situated in a little side road not far from the town centre. There is street parking available - we drove to Granada and although the streets are very narrow we found the hotel easily enough using the hotel's instructions. The last time we... More

This small 14-room hotel is in a morisco and has been lovingly restored by the current owners, who take great pride in their property. Morisco is the name given to the Muslims who stayed on in Granada after the conquest of Granada by the Catholics Kings in 1492. Moriscos built this house and many others in the wonderful old Albaicin... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in early May. The staff was extremely helpful, and breakfast was excellent (try the scrambled eggs!). We were in room 3 on the ground floor, which faces onto the patio, but we didn’t find this a problem. Despite its location it was quiet and easy to ventilate. We had none of the problems described... A feel good experience is what you get, the moment you enter this hotel. The hotel is a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. We booked the best room, which is called Mirador, which means viewpoint. From the windows of the room you get a good view of the Alhambra. What a view!!! we decided not to close the... More

Read the other recent reviews, we found them very helpful. The hotel has 14 rooms on three floors, lovingly restored about 15 years ago. We were there for two nights and found it a wonderful place to stay - an excellent location for the Albecin and Sacramonte areas, but only 10 mins walk into the city centre. Staff were helpful... And wake up looking right out the window at the Alhambra. Very nicely restored 17th century house around a courtyard in the Albecin quarter near great restaurants and down the hill from the Alhambra. Very good breakfast service, well appointed rooms and very quiet street. Run by the owner, an architect, and his wife, a lawyer.
