We visited Rene at las tres terraces in May 2015. It is a very nice 2 room B & B with a "to die for" view of the Alhambra from the terrace. You can sit on the couches on the terrace and see a magnificent scene of the Alhambra and the snow capped mountains behind it. It is amazing. The... More

Can only endorse all the reviews that have gone before. The minute you open the French doors in your bedroom you have this amazing panoramic view across to The Alhambra and the snow-capped mountains beyond. It was lovely to sit up on the roof terrace in the late afternoon watching the old buildings change colour to a warm pink hue... More

Las Tres Terrazas was such a favourite place. The location is beyond stunning, looking out to the Alhambra castle and located in the middle of the old town.. The house itself has been very thoughtfully built and decorated and is very comfortable and clean. Rene took good care of us and made us feel very much at home. Can't recommend... More

Probably took over 100 pics from Rene’s patio of the Alhambra and the Sierras. How many hotels have you done that at? So glad we decided to stay up there instead staying in the busy downtown. Yes, we enjoy walking and it was so cool to navigate the Albayzin. Such a great way to immerse oneself. Rene is a wonderful... More

A charming address, an amazing room and an interesting host who loves sharing his addresses and his stories about the place ! We stayed for 2 days with our 2 children and we just felt at home. One of my best memory of Andalucia.

We stayed at Las Tres Terrazas for five nights in April. The owner was very helpful, giving us excellent restaurant recommendations. And the view! Simply stunning. Waking up to the sound of birds and a view of the Alhambra is something we will never forget. And the rooftop terrace was wonderful, a great place to relax in the afternoon. Very... More

one of the best stays , thought it was quite short. The stafff is among the best hostel staff I dealt with. The cleanliness, the atmosphere, location, building itself, all quite amazing as well. I will be coming back to Seville, and that would be my first choice again.

Never ever can you stay anywhere with a view of a famous and wonderful place better than this! We found ourselves up on the rooftop terrace every morning and evening and even stopping to look out our window during the night to look at the Alhambra! And everything else people have said about Rene is true. What a host! Perfect... More

The view and position are second to none. Rene was a lovely host and was a great guide and resource to get the best out of our stay in Granada. On our last morning Renee took a photo of the both of us on the balcony outside the dining room with the Alahambra in the background. He then emailed the... More

We stayed with Rene for three nights. The space is lovely with magnificent views and the street is very quiet. Rene is lovely and the tips for restaurants and the tour of the local neighbourhood were very thoughtful and appreciated. Breakfast, with bread fresh from the bakery, was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay.
