Nice and comfortable room. All necessary amenities were provided. The major issue in this hotel is whatever related to food . We had dinner and honestly it was not worth the money at all. The salad was just ok but the meat was not as per our cooking request . We had to change it ... Even the waiter agreed... More

If you don't know it's there this hotel is easy to miss. It looks super modern from the outside that belies it's historic interior in the "old part" of the hotel. Super stylish inside with a lovely vanilla scented aroma. Super efficient check in and helped to our room with our luggage. There is a simply breathtaking inner courtyard open... More

I stayed here in 2010 and I was curious to see how things were going, as my expectations were very high, due to the wonderful previous experience. Well, they are doing even better. Evidently the location, the architecture and the atmosphere are still the wonderful ones. Now you have the feeling that the staff is so proud to work there.... More

The location of this hotel is great in the old part of the city . You can walk to a lot of historical place as well it's walking distance from great restaurants and shops . Very clean hotel & the staff was very helpful . They recommended a flamingo show which we could take our kids too and also nice... More

What a beautiful building the bedrooms were very comfortable although we overlooked the main road you could not hear any noise. The cloistered courtyard was perfect to sit and have a drink or a snack. All the staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble . Close to all the sites and restaurants

Good 5 star hotel with good location--easy walking to shopping, restaurants etc. and not far to Alhambra. Albaicin etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. Particularly wonderful courtyard --well worth taking time out to sit here and enjoy special gin n tonic! Only down point we noted was lack of air conditioner which was OK for us in... More

A lovely hotel situated within an easy walk of all districts (see other reviews). (The Alhambra is a short bus ride away from the town centre anyway.). The staff and breakfast were excellent and the cloistered courtyard a great place to sit. We were on a city break package so I am not sure what grade of room we had.... More

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to the Cathedral, great restaurants and shopping. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the old monastery. As a matter of fact our room was the old bell tower. It's well-appointed. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay special. For example we... More

Magical. Truly beautiful. Amazing hotel, amazing location, amazing rooms. Unfortunately our room was in the middle of a busy corridor, so a bit noisy in the morning but I would still go back without hesitation. Another thing that could improve is the choice in the restaurant menu, which was a bit limited. Still, we absolutely loved it.

This is a very good boutique hotel in the old town. Walking distance to many attraction. Granada is a small city. We stayed in the historical building, this was fantastic. Inner courtyard is nice. Breakfast ok.
