So the AC Palacio claims to be a 5 star hotel. In many ways this is true: Arriving by car we are met outside by the Concierge/Valet who shows us in and deals with the rental car (20€ per day). Reception are friendly and the advance request for a high floor is accommodated. 5th floor room with expected trimmings plus... More

This hotel is a gorgeous blend of modernity and history, with quick access to sites of interest. The modern rooms overlook both the ancient convent and the full vista of Granada's historic area. The convent rooms are beautifully adapted to modern needs: breakfast room, reading/quiet salon. Internet, wi-fi equipped. The breakfast service was the best I experienced, both in food... More

The hotel is a very well designed composite for three buildings, one of which is an old convent with a beautiful stone courtyard. The rooms vary by where they’re located in the hotel. We (my wife and I and our adult daughter) had a “superior” room in the convent that faced the balcony above the courtyard. It didn’t get any... More

Nice decor, friendly staff, helpful concierge, beautiful rooms. This has the historic spanish style structure with a beautiful courtyard. We were in the room 125 in the old building. Amazing in all respects. The room had beautiful art decor and had a unique feel to it. Highly recommend it.

Situated in an old convent, this hotel has a very unique feel and has been nicely renovated. We went for a Premium Room, which gave us a interior courtyard view in what appeared to be the old convent (as opposed to the newer modern section of the hotel). This kept things quiet, which was great. The room itself was ok.... More

Excellent hotel in all aspects: very good rooms, very good restaurant (maybe dishes were too large), very nice atmosphere in historic setting. Staff was very friendly and very supporting. Reception staff was also very knowledgeable about the city's historic site.

Went for a meal in the restaurant with 6 friends after hearing so much about this hotel, the service was excellent and the food was superb. We opted for the set menu at 45euro and weren't disappointed. We had 4 courses each one different to the next and the dessert was delicious. The attention to detail was beyond my wildest... More

I chose this hotel for its cool history and it ended up being a really intriguing juxtaposition of old architecture and modern rooms. The restaurant is especially cool. The folks at reception were helpful in getting taxis, giving directions, etc. Getting free drinks from the minibar was a nice bonus. Bathrooms are spacious and nicely laid out. For breakfast, the... We've just returned from 3 nights in this beautiful hotel which is steeped in history. We found all the staff extremely courteous and friendly. We had a room in the old part of the hotel which was off one of the cloisters and it was beautifully quiet. We slept really well. The hotel is in a great location to explore... More
