This hotel is well located a few minutes from the cathedral and shops. It was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly. We had a front room on the third floor and although it overlooked the main street with traffic and buses, some serious double glazing meant that you didn't hear street noise. The room was generally quiet and the... More

We just finished a stay as a family at the AC Palacio de Santa Paula for three nights. The location is perfect for visiting the historical sights in Granada. The hotel is a beautiful restoration of an old monastery with an amazing courtyard. We were upgraded to a suite at arrival, after a very confusing drive via the small streets... More

Trust your GPS if you drive here. You are on the bus / taxi only route. They park your car during your stay. You are nearly given a tour to get to your room. We were in this alcove of rooms. So charming. The room had a couch, nice suite. My only complaint was the two twin beds together for... More

Arrived jet lagged and confused, had a gourmet mid afternoon lunch in the cloister, a great walkabout the cathedral and the albayzin, beer overlooking the alhambra, strolled back to the hotel for a very restful night's sleep. The staff are welcoming, the hotel is a perfect blend of age, charm and modern comfort. Location is excellent. Good value for the... More

My husband, young toddler and I just stayed three nights at the Palacio de Santa Paula. The hotel dining and relaxation areas are beautiful and peaceful. The "Guest Room - Kind bed" was fairly small, however it was comfortable. The hotel provides a few little extra amenities from the usual, which is nice. The room was clean, which is very... More

My wife and I stayed at the AC Palacio de Santa Paula for three nights last month. The location is perfect for visiting the historical sights in Granada. The hotel is a beautiful restoration of an old monastery-- has an amazingly atmospheric courtyard. I'd recommend staying in the historic, restored part of the building with gorgeous rooms that exude charm.... More

Perfect for our needs. Exceeded our expectations. Amazing restaurant in house located lower level on courtyard cloister. Recommend lunch...lots of elegant surprises. Elegant decor....lean. Hotel perfect location to explore city. Loved Albayzin....must do sunset looking across at Alhambra.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Our stay began with a warm welcome at the front desk. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the same friendliness and fine service. Based on its origin as a convent with cloisters and its expansion with more modern facilities, it takes a while to figure out which of the many stairways takes you where you want... More

It was the courtyard in the photos that called my attention for staying here. And I guessed not wrong at all. A very warm welcoming structure although a former cloister, having saved the shapes and wooden structures as an echo from the past. Courtyard view superior rooms are offering a tranquil stay accompanied by birds songs.Good service and very clean... More

A Good hotel well located in Granada. It just a short walk to the bus to Alhambra or if you are fit a good walk. The hotel is old but has been renovated effectively. The rooms are located around a central courtyard and if there is a criticism the room was quite dark and there were walls close by. The... More
