My cousin and I arrived late in the afternoon with no reservation (which we learnt is a school boy error when it comes to Granada as everything is expensive). We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and all other central locations were booked out. Pros: - helpful staff - secure parking if required - close to shopping and bars... More

When we first walked into the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. For a hotel room that was supposedly "non-smoking," it definitely had some serious issues. After opening the window to air the room out, we noticed cigarettes and ashes on the landing below our window. I can't say that we were surprised at the number of them.... More

We deeply regret not having met your expectations. The entire Hotel is smoke-free and it is shown to all customers with posters informing about it. We can not access the rooms to see if guests smoke or not. When this happens, we use an ozone machine for odor free. There are at least three outlets in all rooms, for some... More

The staff were immensely welcoming from the beginning of our stay until the end. They were happy to bend over backwards in order to accommodate our needs. Visiting in early November meant the place was fairly quiet. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves every morning. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Rooms were spacious enough but not over the top.... More

Stayed for two nights on 7 and 8 November 2014. Room was fine, shower was excellent. Facilities were good, breakfast was buffet and well stocked; coffee machine was a bit poor but its a good hotel only about 10 mins walk from the centre of the town and about 20 mins up to the Alahambra. We were part of a... More

Stayed only two nights in early October as part of the Riviera Travel Classical Spain tour. No frills city centre hotel, with decent rooms and facilities, and half decent food, but not well-placed for the main eating out places. The rooftop pool was a big disappointment, especially as we had just transferred from the Don Paco in Seville, but to... More

Stayed for 2 nights. Fairly central with helpful staff. Everything works as it should. Great value happy hour from 6.00 - 8.00 PM, perfect timing for returning from a day of sightseeing. Full marks for the reception staff who very quickly addressed a noise problem at 11.00 PM between a couple of guests who appeared to have forgotten they weren't... More

Had read some reviews before we went and agree with a lot that has been said. City centre hotels in backstreets rarely have views so we were not surprised and lets face it you only need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep and a nice bathroom, which we got. Unfortunately for us we had a room on the corner of... More

A modest downtown hotel, about 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, and the Plaza Bib-Rambla for a good selection of restaurants. Our 3rd floor room was clean & functional, but nothing special, overlooking a boring central well. The rooftop pool was spectacularly cold, and few people used it while we were there. The area near the pool was looking very... More

Stayed a couple of nights here. Hotel is functional, set in shopping/residential area about 15 minutes walk to the centre. Room was on the small side, its only source of daylight a rather drab vista overlooking apartments at the the back. Two single beds pushed together were on the basic side, but reasonably comfortable. My main gripe was the noise... More

We stayed here for one night, as we had to fly back from Malaga the following evening, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable, and very good value. Large and spotless bathroom, comfy beds. Bottles of water and large bowl of sweets left on the dressing table were appreciated! In very close proximity to the city centre, and... More
