Stayed for two nights at the end of our tour with Riviera. Hotel OK and we had a nice room at the front of the hotel with what was clearly a good refurbished bathroom. Breakfast was fine but foyer area small for large parties waiting for coaches. A good walk into town and unfortunately the weather was really wet on... More

The hotel foyer and bar area are quite pleasant, I wish I could say the same about my room! It was tiny no room to swing a cat the aircon was a joke a butterfly in a cage would have made more of a breeze! The first night was a joke the hotel was in total darkness the power kept... More

Dear client. Thank you very much for writing down a commentary, it helps us to improve. We are sorry about the power problems, it was a problem of the electricity company which we tried to minimize but could't do more about it. Our restaurant and our bar are one of our strong points, so as our staff, always willing to... More

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of a tour of Andalucia. Its a very nice hotel. The room was on the small size but it had a nice comfy bed! Wifi was available throughout the hotel. The buffet meals were of a reasonable standard. The bar area was very pleasant and the prices excellent ,during happy hour 2... More

As the last hotel on our Riviera tour of Classical Southern Spain we were expecting a bit better than this. Overall our tour has been great but the accommodation averagely poor and this hotel was no exception. The hotel is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Granada mainly along a main road. When you get to the... More

Dear client, thank you very much for your comment, it is certain that the hotel is located only 12 minutes walking to the cathedral. We are in process of reform of our facilities and they are extending the rooms that before were but small. The heating began to work in November since in Granada the temperature difference between the morning... More

Stayed as part of Riviera group. Hotel is quite comfortable. We had a family room for two which was light and spacious. Breakfast buffet acceptable with good range of fruit and cooked items and certainly enough to keep you going. To echo other reviews....the coffee out of the machine is not up to much. Evening buffet was good value but... More

Situated in a side street just outside the centre it was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the bustling city centre with its attractive squares full of shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful churches, all under the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains. In the hotel our room was small and dark and we looked out at a... More

As the last leg of our Riviera tour we were looking forward to 2 nights in a "4 Star" hotel. How wrong we were. Whilst reasonably sized the room was more like a prison cell with little or no natural light, merely overlooking a void between bedrooms. That being said the restaurant and bar prices were very reasonable, especially during... More

We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a lack of alternatives during a Spanish holiday with all other hotels seemingly booked out. Normally 42 euros we were forced to pay an extortionate180 euros. However we did book at this rate thinking its at least a 4 star. No idea how it gives itself 4 stars. Its... More

Dear Customer, thank you very much for expressing your opinion. Among other factors, rates are fixed depending on the demand in Granada. As in your case, rates are higher in bank holidays and of course, we are not extorting anybody to book in our hotel. About the hotel facilities, we are now revamping our bathrooms and the hotel will be... More

We stayed here as part of a tour with Riviera and was pleased with the services provided. The rooms are not overly big but perfectly adequate and nicely fitted out. The usual complaints about the lack of power in the showers and faulty air-conditioning, certainly didn't apply to this establishment. The breakfast buffet was generous with offerings of fruit, cereal,... More
