The hotel is at the center of Granada, near to the tourist attractions, to restaurants and bars. It is situated at the 4th floor of a building and despite the fact that is strange when you see that it is gorgeous. Very helpful staff. The only disadvantage was that the wi-fi signal wasn't so good except the area of the... More

I can't fault this hotel - excellent location, great service, clean and comfortable room with a great bathroom, nice views and, most importantly, quiet during the night (only exception when we had noisy neighbours one night, but hopefully yours will have more common sense and will not talk loud during the night). Breakfast is yummy and cheap - the fresh... More

We stayed one night in Granada, so the time to visit this wonderful city was few from the beginning....my story: we arrived at the Carlo V hotel @ 20.00 and the owner kindly committed himself to take the car and drive it to the parking (400mt far away from the hotel). The day after we paid the room and around... More

My family and i stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for seeing the main sites. The room was small, but clean. I would stay here again if i was visitng.

Room was small, the door wouldn't open completely because the bed prevented so. Clean but old bathroom. The hotel, in a nice old building, was decent. The best: Location, Location, Location. Given the low cost of the room, I would come back to this hotel because of its centric location. Hence my four stars.

The best room we have had in Spain, very helpful staff, faultless. The bathroom (grey mosaic tiles, double shower, was very clean, the juliette balcony looked out onto the courtyard. Very quiet too! and being over a supermarket meant that last minute shopping was easy.

Location - nice spot in between Gran Via and Alhambra (we took the Alhambra bus right behind Plaza de Los Campos - well worth it!) Price - can't beat it! Bathroom - adequate and clean. Hubby tried to use the hydro massage feature and got a nice spray in the face...LOL. Good, funny memory hearing him yell from the room.... More

This wasn't our first choice in Granada due to a late change of plans but I think we were fortunate to end up here. The reviews don't do justice to the extraordinary helpfulness of the staff. Aside from insisting on bringing our bags up when we checked in and down when we checked out (a rarity in Spain), they parked... More

Really excellent value, great location about 5 mins from the cathedral, the Nava (tapas street),8 from the Albaicin and the Alhambra. The staff were marvellous. Its confusing: you can get a reasonable breakfast, and do leave your car outside while you check in so that the staff can take you to the nearby car park. Granada is not a car... More

We booked this hotel solely on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed! It's located on the 4th floor of a residential building, but once you're inside you forget all about that. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern, with nice size rooms and most important, it was very clean. The shower was fantastic and... More
