We had chosen this hotel because it used to be the most narrow hotel in the world (written in the Guiness book). So it is needless to say that the stairs to the upper floor were narrow and the rooms were small. But it was one of the nicest hotel on our journey around Spain.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. Close to the main parts of town and to el Alhambra. The room was big and clean. The breakfast looked okay but I had breakfast at the restaurant next door which I also recommend. For the narrowest hotel in the world, it was very spacious

The world famous (or at least Granada famous) hotel molinos has only 9 rooms but everyone in the city knows about it. Partly because it is in the Guiness world records books as the nerowest hotel in the world and partly because it has excelent media relationship skills. You can see street signs leading to it and it is part... More

I was at the Hotel Molinos last night, just for one night. I was given a room in the third floor (with a bunch of stairs to take) and there is not lift. The two young receptcionists were friendly. In the monring, it was quite a lot of noise from the other customers moving around and going up and down... More

Hotel Molinos is one of the narrowest hotels in the world, if not the narrowest. The rooms are slightly smaller than the standard rooms of European hotels. Despite the limited space, the rooms are quite comfortable. Service was excellent. The bilingual staff (Spanish and English) gladly gave us directions to the main attractions as well as restaurant suggestions. The hotel... More

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Granada, but within a walking distance to all the main attrations - in particular the Alhambra. The staff was very helpful, and helped us book tickets to the Alhambra for the next day, and to plan our way back yo Madrid (tip: buses are much better than the train for this... More

The hotel is one of the most narrow I've seen. The room was nice and clean, but cold. Luckily the AC functioned to get comfortable temperature in the room. The location is very good, a 5-10 mns walk to the old city center and approx 20 mns steep walk to Alhambra. Friendly and helpfull staff, parking available in a garage... More

Starting with the pros, the location of the hotel is great. It's located a short stroll from the old town and the cathedral and within walking distance of the Alhambra. The area was nice, it seemed safe and there were lots of restaurants and bakeries, etc. located between the hotel and the center of town. Also, lots of main bus... More

Hotel Molinos is ideally located for both the centre of Granada and the Alhambra (about 20 minutes walk uphill). The lady who checked us in was very friendly and escorted us to our room. The hotel has 2 buildings, one with the reception where there is no lift, but we were in the building next door but one where they... More

For what you paid, the hotel was great value and very modern. The rooms were very small however and narrow as even some other posters mentioned. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage, try to get something on a lower floor. They had WiFi downstairs in the lobby and the hotel was in a great... More
