Although I always stay at this hotel each time I visit Granada (I've been 6 years running), it is NOT a 4 star hotel, more a nice 3 star. The location is easy to reach from the motorway and is central (10mins walk to the town centre). Also I always tend to find a good deal for the rooms when... More

Even though it's a little out of the way, this hotel is quite beautiful! Free wifi and meals in the large dining room on the top floor. Staff were polite, our bathroom was wonderful, and the pool was fantastic!

We have just returned from a five night stay at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were very happy that we had chosen this one. It was the only hotel we could find in Granada that offered a balcony and when we arrived there we couldn't believe the marvelous view we had of the city. The hotel is situated... More

Stayed 1 night on organised tour. Decor very interesting with a combination of period styles. Reception staff ok, didn't get to use the pool but looked inviting and our room had small balcony over looking pool- very relaxing after a busy day sightseeing and street quiet. Free wifi but slow. Set dinner not to my taste although salad option tasty.... More

Hotel looked like it was pretty far up the luxury scale about 10 years ago. Very nice, just a bit dated (lots of polished brass, etc). Front desk staff were just ok, a bit on the aloof side for me. Not extremely friendly, but functional. Lady working the snack bar was very nice and made us comfortable after a long, hot... More

This us a small, friendly hotel that is within walking distance of the center or town. The room was comfortable and in a quiet location. I would go back even though the food was not to my taste. If you like small hotels with old world charm you would enjoy this place.

Stayed here on a coach tour for 1 night. Room adequate overlooked pool and road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise. Around 20 minutes walk from town centre, car parking on first come basis Euro 13. Quite large dining room but poorly attended at both dinner-tour group only- and breakfast, food not appetising, and poor selection. Did not... More

Easy access by car, convenient for walking into city centre. Nice room with view over city and sierra, good service, great buffet breakfast. Only downsides are cost of car parking (16.5 € per day) and additional cost to visit the spa, with need to advance book.

This is the first time I stayed here. I stayed with my family. The atmosphere was relaxed but still in a convenient location to experience the hustle and bustle of Granada. The staff were great and really looked after us. Rooms were spacious, spa was delightful - what more can you ask for? Will def be coming back.
