I spent 13 nights at this hotel and absolutely love it. I have worked 14 years at managerial level in the 5* hotel sector in London, UK so am highly qualified to comment. This is the best value hotel I have ever stayed in, I really couldn't believe what I was getting for my money, in the UK the same... More

Hotel very tired and dingy, parking a nightmare, but compounding this negative review please read on... Arrived 3pm having booked 2 adjoining rooms (1 x double, 1 x triple) for my family - rooms were at the opposite ends of a long corridor. We returned to hotel at 6pm after sightseeing, and parts of hotel had no power, so no... More

Old - as in worn out and poorly maintained, 1970's-style decorated inexpensive hotel in the center of Granada, not a big town to begin with anyways. El Corte Ingles shopping mall across the street. Everything else within walking or short taxi ride distance. Rooms are clean, sparsely furnished, sheets immaculate. Window with small balcony and a nice view of the... More

Every other year I take 24 teenagers to Spain. We took a weekend trip to Granada and stayed here. The staff was amazing to my students and they were very helpful to us with our planning of dinners and shows.

Our room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable and big size! The hotel is very central located and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative point was the noise over night coming from the little square in front of the hotel....there were skaters all night long and no one did anything to keep them away!!!!

Reception very welcoming. Room 303 on the 3rd floor @ the front of hotel was very large. Noisy outside during Easter celebrations. Car parking in Granada is expensive. The car park is 50m from hotel. Breakfast is reasonably priced but better options are available nearby therefore probably use 1st day until know better. I'd use again if room rate was... More

Great location but the hotel is in need of some updating. We paid about 110.00 per night and expected a little more for the money. The only tv Chanel in English is RT (Russian Television) Parking is 20 euros per 24 hours!!!! Breakfast was ok and worth the 7 euros per person. There was quite a bit of road noise... More

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of February. The hotel was very nice, could use some updating but still very clean and we enjoyed it. The staff was very pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. My husband ended up getting a bad cold, and when we went to the front desk to see about... More

2 night stay with my teenage children & wife. Expensive car parking at around €20 per day! Rooms are clean but could do with updating. Old style TV' no satellite. Hotel has wifi which I confirmed by email prior to booking.....Complete joke!! No signal in our rooms. I didn't book breakfast as past comments said it wasn't great. First morning... More

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this centrally located hotel, even though our room faced a narrow courtyard instead of the front as promised. The breakfast buffet was fine, with good selection for EUR 7.50 pp. NOTE: Our gps guided us along central streets near the hotel where driving in private vehicles was no longer allowed. - The receptionist noted...
