Beautiful buildings surround this hotel, with cafes and shopping areas very accessible. My room was a little bit dark as the lighting's a bit dim, but my mom's room was very big as it faces the road. Stayed 2 nights here from Nov 16-17 2014. To go to the lift for the rooms, there is about 5 steps to be... More

Only stayed one night. They have their own car park but we parked in public car park nearby - hotel stamped our ticket, so it cost same (19.50 euro). Good, friendly service, reasonable choice for breakfast but it is downstairs (5 or 6 steps to lift to bedroom floors but no lift downstairs). Unfortunately, having requested a "quiet" room, our... We travelled by bus to Granada in late Sept for 3 nights. Hotel is located in the city centre and close to all amenities, sights and walks. Hotel is quiet and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and great value @ €7 p.p. Our only qualm was the room on first floor which was twin bedded. There was... More

Nothing special but top service and a great base to explore Granada which is a nice city. We had a nice view of the plaza and bizarrely four beds. None were very confortable but they all had metre-long pillows which was fun.

Located very centrally. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. The breakfast was overpriced (I think 10 Euro). You can get much better food for a lot less money in town. Room was pretty big and it was nice that it had air conditioning. Overall, a very good value for the price and a perfect location in walking distance to everything.

We arrived in Granada on the overnight train so found ourselves in town at about 7:30 a.m.. The hotel was very accommodating, there is a very nice buffet breakfast with lots of variety. They also have a 'luggage' room so you can leave your bags, etc., there before you actually check-in, which allows you to walk the town and go... More

Stayed here for 2 nights ..... a late evening check in with very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were as expected from an older city center hotel, a little dated but very clean, it has character and also has most facilities of a first class hotel but sadly with the exception of equipment for tea making . I choose... More

It is an excellent location in the very heart of the city. The staff was very nice and the hotel overall was clean. It is very dated, only the bathrooms had been modernized. The rooms are small and the carpet really needs to be replaced. Parking is across the street in a public garage with tiny spaces. No midsize or... More

Great location, nice rooms, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. We got there at 2:00 AM and had not had lunch or dinner (long story!) and the restaurants around the hotel were closed. The woman we checked in with went down to the breakfast restaurant and offered us bread, butter, jam, etc... So nice!

The hotel is in a perfect position, at very low walking distance from the center and the cathedral. The room is very clean but sometimes a bit smelly (likely from the drains). It is old style furnished but overall functional. The breakfast is not included but you can decide to pay for it day by day. The staff is kind... More
