Our room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable and big size! The hotel is very central located and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative point was the noise over night coming from the little square in front of the hotel....there were skaters all night long and no one did anything to keep them away!!!!

Reception very welcoming. Room 303 on the 3rd floor @ the front of hotel was very large. Noisy outside during Easter celebrations. Car parking in Granada is expensive. The car park is 50m from hotel. Breakfast is reasonably priced but better options are available nearby therefore probably use 1st day until know better. I'd use again if room rate was... More

Great location but the hotel is in need of some updating. We paid about 110.00 per night and expected a little more for the money. The only tv Chanel in English is RT (Russian Television) Parking is 20 euros per 24 hours!!!! Breakfast was ok and worth the 7 euros per person. There was quite a bit of road noise... More

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of February. The hotel was very nice, could use some updating but still very clean and we enjoyed it. The staff was very pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. My husband ended up getting a bad cold, and when we went to the front desk to see about... More

2 night stay with my teenage children & wife. Expensive car parking at around €20 per day! Rooms are clean but could do with updating. Old style TV' no satellite. Hotel has wifi which I confirmed by email prior to booking.....Complete joke!! No signal in our rooms. I didn't book breakfast as past comments said it wasn't great. First morning... More

We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this centrally located hotel, even though our room faced a narrow courtyard instead of the front as promised. The breakfast buffet was fine, with good selection for EUR 7.50 pp. NOTE: Our gps guided us along central streets near the hotel where driving in private vehicles was no longer allowed. - The receptionist noted... Beautiful buildings surround this hotel, with cafes and shopping areas very accessible. My room was a little bit dark as the lighting's a bit dim, but my mom's room was very big as it faces the road. Stayed 2 nights here from Nov 16-17 2014. To go to the lift for the rooms, there is about 5 steps to be... More

Only stayed one night. They have their own car park but we parked in public car park nearby - hotel stamped our ticket, so it cost same (19.50 euro). Good, friendly service, reasonable choice for breakfast but it is downstairs (5 or 6 steps to lift to bedroom floors but no lift downstairs). Unfortunately, having requested a "quiet" room, our... We travelled by bus to Granada in late Sept for 3 nights. Hotel is located in the city centre and close to all amenities, sights and walks. Hotel is quiet and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and great value @ €7 p.p. Our only qualm was the room on first floor which was twin bedded. There was... More

Nothing special but top service and a great base to explore Granada which is a nice city. We had a nice view of the plaza and bizarrely four beds. None were very confortable but they all had metre-long pillows which was fun.
